Shows me my balances and allows me to make transfers. That's all I need from a bank app. I don't get what these other folks are expecting.
Don't bank with this app, especially if you need to mobile deposit anything. Their mobile deposit is so glitched out it won'dt even let me take a photo of the back of a check.
keeps a unaccurate balance which is the main reason i use the app in the first place

The app is super dated, doesn't give enough features and the permissions that it requests are a little odd. I wish they would update it with more features and don't ask for all of those permissions, you don't need it for mobile banking.
It works on iPhone and not on my pixel..
So a while ago I deposited a check using my phone, worked fine. But now about two months later the menu is gone to view if it even went through. So annoying. Also I suddenly have 40 dollars when yesterday I had 144 and spent 38 dollars.. Like what?
Doesn't keep an accurate balance of the account it stays a week behind from an payment made
I've had this app for years. I just upgraded to the new s7 and I have no menu upon loading. I can't check my mobile deposits or history. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not there
Easy access keeping up to date on your account.
I'm just curious why the app needs to have access to my camera and pictures?

app worked great on iPhone 5 but when I try to use it on a Galaxy 4s it locks up as soon as I try to take a picture of the front of a check. very frustrating!!!!

App is as bad as the bank themselves. Not only can you not do anything on this app except check your balance and transfer money from checking to saving, but this is not even an accurate statement. This bank is one of the worst banks I've gone thru. Constantly charging me bad address fees when I have been in there over 10 times about my address is right. They find ways to get extra money here and there. Sneaking in the back ground like some shady car salesman. I'm dome with this bank.
