I have been using my perks number for years. A few months ago it stopped working. At the store they told me it's not in their system. I used the app to sign up again. I used a coupon once successfully (it's not intuitive at all). When I tried to login a month later it says my email address is not in their system. If I try to sign up again I can't because my email address is already in their system. The service is clearly not reliable and I caution others to not enter their real personal info.

I tried to locate my nearby stores. The first choice it shows is the closest, but the next closest it says is 17 miles away. That is only true if you can drive though the mountain that is between here and there. If I use roads it is about 50 miles. Also when I go to shop online the choices I get is for the most expensive items. I don't get options for the cheap 2% milk, only the whole milk brand name that is 2.5 times more expensive. Too cumbersome, and takes too much time to use.

Extremely hard to navigate. Doesn't save my store as the default, which seems pretty basic. Not user friendly. With the app being so difficult I order from Walmart when I need to order online...even though I prefer Maceys hands! If the app was better I would order from Maceys and skip Walmart completely.

App doesn't work. Can't use coupons to get advertised discounts. Employees won't help you or give you discount anyway even though the app shows them but won't add them to your coupon list which is the only way the store will accept them. Logging out your password no longer works nor does the reset/forgot password function. Best shop somewhere else.

For the most part useless... I did manage to get an account created by going through the online shopping section, but was unable to fully log into that portion of the app regardless of how many times I tried. Eventually I got the notification to leave a review, I passed on it to continue trying to get the app working before reviewing. After choosing not to review, the app now crashes repeatedly, so nothing left to do with the app other than review (and uninstall most likely)...

Basically it still has the same issues that have been commented on by users last year. This shopping list is useless, its slow and sloppily put together. Other local store's apps are way ahead of Maceys in this arena. Its a good store but, apparently making this app better isn't much of a priority because the same issues persist.

Honestly, the only reason I got this app is to do online shopping and you can't easily switch between departments without backing out of the window entirely. That is a solid F in design, for making online shopping near impossible on your phone.

It takes FOREVER to load (especially in store and i work there too). Even on my home wifi it sucks at loading. Currently been trying to get on it for about 10 minutes at hone and it keeps stopping and closing on me. When it works it is pretty good though.

everything works great, except for the shopping lists. They've stopped showing up altogether. Creating a new shopping list doesn't help. So, you can create a shopping list. You can add items to said shopping list. But you can never view the list itself. So what's the point?

Can't access online shopping, can't see any coupons at all. Nothing is loading properly. Something happened during the last update, needs to be fixed. I also tried going onto the store website and the coupons won't show up there either.

Since your last update (March 25) I can not access the Online shopping portion of the app, which makes it useless. I have tried this on 2 different Android devices, which are 2 and 3 years old, both fail.

I signed up but couldn't add coupons. Went to the store physically and they updated my info so on Macey's website, I can see the receipt but still can't add coupons to my account on the website or on the app! Please fix this issue so I can add coupons!

The app constantly crashed when trying to select my store. It's not user friendly. And honestly, they don't have very many deals. If you're looking to use this to help save some money for shopping it's not worth your time.

It is frustrating when you want to go back and look at another product in the original lineup so to speak and the app takes you back out to the very beginning very frustrating otherwise acceptable

Very convenient. The app needs some updates or be more user friendly when looking things up in the store. Sometimes it won't pop up an item you need but you know the store has it. Like convection sugar or powder sugar.

Terrible. Don't bother using the app for pick-up. I've used way better apps for pick-up. It kept making me start over and then stopped loading.

Never works right. Always makes me load my home store. Can't pull up adds or coupons. You have nothing but bad reviews but you don't do anything to fix it. Why even have the app?

it's a good app to use for coupons when you're shopping at Maceys and you won't have to clip them from a newspaper if you have a perks plus account.

Love the employees at Maceys. Maceys is so convenient for me. I love the order online capabilities and then just go pick up my groceries.

I went to register through the app and it wouldn't let me pick a security question or set a home location so I couldn't register. Terrible app right from the start.

This app is slow. I tried to change my password in the account settings and the keyboard won't pop up and the coupons won't load.

Never works for me, it always manages to get hung up on a task like add to list, never finishes the task, and you have to restart.

This app never works. It crashes all of the time and I can never look up the current ad or my perks info. Total fail Maceys!

This app is terrible. It wont even let you clip coupons. I tried contacting customer service and never heard back.

This app is super buggy it keeps logging me out but wont let me log back in, the pages wont load, And so many Item pictures dont match the description. I love Macey's but I cant stand this horrible app!

This is the worst app. Shuts down in the middle of an order, very slow, always having to reset my password. I would have given it 0 stars.

Invasive i don't want to share my photos an things. Just get coupons and see ads and deals.

I can't click on the coupons to add items to my shopping list. I want to be able to search the store to make my list and have it tell me where it is in the store.

I can't sign in so I tried emailing and the app wouldn't send my complaint through. Works well for others i know who use it but not for me

Prices are good, product always meets my high standards and the Staff, well they're so very pleasant and Maria always makes my day regardless of how difficult it may be! Macey's Taylorsville is the only grocery Store for Me!
