So far so good just took my first call today the price windows are very nice feature unlike the other guys out there. Only problem I had was GPS froze two times close out the app and it worked again when we opened. I'm pretty sure they will work out the kinks down the road I'm here to stay as long as the rates are!!!
Nice app. Just need more calls in Central Michigan
I just finished onboarding for this program. I am excited to be a part of this start-up. Mach1 has the potential to make some REAL money. Not like the $16 - $20 per call that some of the other networks are paying. I'll update in a couple of months with my progress.
Unable to log in as a provider
This app's forces your hand to have certain things to provide which is okay. we just want to make some extra money on the side some people do not require all of that stuff also the driver has to pay for his phone background check there are other companies just like this who does not require payment for a background check 😡
I've had a couple calls from Mach1 an it was a great experience both times. I was paid the same day. I'm looking forward for more calls in the future.
This app has come along a lot. I have been following it for last few months and now they are nationwide. Quite great customer service and app is getting traction now.
This place is a joke. Trying to be the Lyft and Uber of roadside but Lyft and Uber have a horrible business model never making profit and using people taking advantage of loopholes in labor laws. I'll never be a part of a business that thinks that's a great business model. And I sure won't pay for expensive insurance and help build a company that's going to screw providers in the end. Having a proprietary app is a bad idea as well prevents providers from consolidating calls. Other failed with it

First time taken one. I didn't see where the customer phone number was or id he gave a phone number.

Completed my first job Saturday. Extremely easy at first I was a little intimidated because I was so used to having a middleman but after handling practically all of the process myself I realize it's better to be more in control of the job than not. I believe you may just be a keeper you may end up making me delete the 4 middleman apps I've been using for years LOL thanks
