Best app at any price, would pay more for all the Math Trade calculators in one ( like the desktop version). IJK for radius coordinates would be cool. And a chart of lettered drills? nearest standard vs metric drill size? Helix Spiral angle of threads? Morse Taper calculation?

Bought this, found fswizard which was free and vastly better. This app is fine, but fswizard is incredible if you're an actual machinist. This app is easier to use, just much more limited.

I like most of the app. However I think the Acme 3. wire measure function is not accurate at all. This is an important feature for me. Please fix.

Very nice, would be awesome if the was an addition to the app for generating chambers and radius in turning centers. Coordinate based like the bolt circle portion of the app.

Very good. I wish the instructions were clearer for someone, such as myself, that is a little unsure as to what the abbreviations mean. Well worth the price and very useful.

Great app, love the Bolt hole calculator. Only complaint it the pipe tap chart doesn't list hole sizes if you're using a reamer

Used measurement over wires in the first hour , loved it, makes process much easier and faster saving time and money.

This app is AWESOME!!!! I can calculate things faster at my machine than our programmer can on his cad/cam program.

Very useful in the shop. As a QC inspector, I would like to see some added features. For example...the BC section gives XY coordinates based on a given Bolt Circle. How about giving a Hole-To-Hole dimension to check angular spacing of the holes (BC dia, Hole dia, and Angle will give the number) as well as inside and outside dimensions (BC+OneHole Dia or -One Hole Dia) and then a reference number for concentricity (think a BC concentric to a bore or OD...what's the measurement from the hole to the Ref Dia?). Again, for shop use, this App is great...for QC, it could do more. I'm not complaining (hence 5*), just suggesting. Thanks.

Use it every day. Very handy for angles and hole circles. I am a factory maintenance and die repair man and appreciate this apps simplicity. Machinery handbook is gathering dust.

I use the sine bar portion of this weekly. That alone is well worth the few bucks I paid.

Rob. W. Apr 21, 2015

I use the trig and sine bar functions everyday. Only problem is my phone gets filthy from using it so much.

I have a no-contract android phone and noticed that when I use this app it disabled my phones power off capability. Had to remove the battery and power the phone back up otherwise it's a great app. Would like to see a grid pattern calculator with it though.

The only problem is just application icon just shows an Andriod icon with Words Machinist calculator under it.

Does exactly what it supposed to and cuts calculation time bown by a bunch. And for those that rate this app 1 star, maybe learn how to use electronics

Anyone in the machining industry should have this app. It has everything needed to answer regular everyday questions on the shop floor. I use it in the QA department and am constantly sharing with my coworkers on the floor.
