Maclan Racing SmartLink
Smartlink has the following functions:
1. ESC Profile load & reset
2. ESC parameters setup
3. ESC online firmware updating
4. ESC data logging display
Note: Your esc may need a firmware update via a PC in order to use this app for programming. You will be prompted upon connecting your esc to the SmartLink app is this is the case. PC updater software can be found here:

excellent app. fast and easy to use i have old S4 in pitbox for track use. and my S6 also used with app. would really love to be able to name the profiles. that would be more use so i could have B6.1 dry and b6.1 wet for example only niggle is everytime i plug in I have to accept some usb tickbox thing. never remembers it.
I will never buy a different brand of rc electronics. Not only are their products superior, but their customer service is amazing. Using this app to program and dial in the settings without having to buy a programmer is awesome. I love how Maclan had the foresight to install USB ports into their speed controllers. 5 stars
Had issues but customer service got back to me in about 20mins. I kept hooking up the otg cable to the esc when it needed to be on the phone end. I never considered the direction of the cable mattered. Seems good to go now. Thx.
the app lets the esc down horribly given the tekin castle and r1 esc apps offer logging graphs and ability to save logged files that this doesn't really let's down a good little esc no app updates in nearly a year shows the app is just an afterthought could have been so much more
trying to get this to work with my S8.... keeps disconnecting. will update after I try some suggestions I just received from Maclan

Easy to use, fast and just uses a USB cable. No fooling around with wifi and programming boxes is also super easy. The telemetry is great, helps with every run
Maclan ESC are fast, super smooth and now that the PC software and Android app are out the performance package is complete. The new app worked well on my pixel at the track today.
Works perfectly for Maclan ESCs to make configuration changes at the track or your home pits. Also updating firmware is quick and easy.
Very intuitive app. Easy to make adjustments and visually see the changes you are making.
Works great on older phones but doesn't work on S8 + works on S6 though
