App is ok, drivers are not. Tried to use them twice last week, first time the driver called after 20 minutes, said he couldn't come due to traffic. Second time, different day and different time of day, the driver called, i was laden with packages and didn't pull my phone out fast enough, he left voicemail that was impossible to make out, don't even know if he was actually speaking. i called him back, he hung up right after answering. Twice. We need Uber/Lyft in Vancouver. Badly.
Do not use if you are in a rush to get to your destination. Cab times are inaccurate in app. last booking said 1 minute for cab. took 51 minutes for cab to arrive. try explaining that to your boss that your late because you took a cab instead of a boss.
Best taxi company in Vancouver. Clean, comfortable cars and proffesional drivers. This app may not have all the bells and whistles but it gets the job done!
App doesnt show local cars, if the taxi has been ordered, booked a cab and didn't show up and made me late to the airport ridiculous. Vancouver get your **** together and allow ride sharing in this backwatwr city.
Typical of taxi apps and taxi companies in Vancouver this doesn't work well. If you book a taxi the app won't advise that a driver has accepted the ride or is on their way, eventually the driver will call you. Can't wait until Uber and Lyft put these companies out of business.
Terrible app. Just read as "searching" for two hours. If there are no cabs, just say so. Don't leave customers hanging. A waste of time.
Functional but the pop-up window every four seconds thanking me for using the app is annoying af.
absolutely amazing. after waiting an hour for yellow can to try and show up I used this app and within # minutes I had a taxi.

There is no email given to report technical issues. App is wonky. Booked a cab for 5:35am. App shows booking at 5:35, Cab turned up at 4:30, an hour early. Operator argued with that it was my error since his screen showed 4:30. probably a technical error due to the time change, but technical error, operator response and lack of email for technical issues is disappointing.
Used to be a good app. What happened? Ride request doesn't go through. Bring on ride sharing!
The app is inaccurate and unreliable. It said the estimated wait time was about four minutes, so I booked a cab. Then I stood at the road in the rain, while the app searched for a nearby cab. After about 15 minutes I realized the app was STILL searching for cab. I then tried to flag down a passing MacLure's cab - the driver pulled over, and as I ran up to the car, he sped off.
Without access to favourites for use when entering destination it makes for way too much typing. Change 'that' and the app might be of some value
After app is closed, the GPS service is not closed automatically. To save my battery, I need to close and then force stop this app after using it. Inconvenient.
It used to work but now it just stuck before even loading to the home menu.
Crashes all the time, I book a cab but it never confirms that one as accepted, just stays on the searching screen forever. Then the can turns up anyway and I have to cancel the ride to book another one, sometimes that locks so I'm sick and have to call instead. MacLures have you tried using your own app, is it just me?
