Don't use this application. I am 20 yo, 71 kg, 181cm and i'm going to the gym 5 days per week. This app tells me to eat 290g of protein per day... It's way too much... The maximum grams of protein for a day shoul be twice your kilograms. Maximum!!!! 290 it's my maximum doubled!!!!!!!
