last load was 15 miles away when app showed I had already arrived when I got to the drop showed completed whenever I check in I put arrived in the app sometimes you get a door right away sometimes you don't so when I get a door and drive to the dock the app sometimes will show that I completed delivery I get detention pay based on the In/Out times this app provides app has caused me to lose detention pay 3x in the last 2 months arrive and departure should only be manually inputted I hate you!
Thank you drivers. For allowing companys to micro manage use. You just sit there and be a good little doggy and bark for them with those 5 stars alright. How's a good boy.
ok app is ok but not perfect it's based on network so if you happen to pickup in boonies and auto arrival didn't kick in you're just out of possible detention it's the same with departing don't use technology as a crutch shipper and receiver and brokers. use it as aid not a solution
Should be able to download this app with cell service and not have to hook up to wifi. How often do us truck drivers have the ability to hook up to wifi in between loads.
Expected to be put on personal phones by most companies. Yet you have no way of knowing who is viewing your info and when. The only way to turn it off is text stop. Next use. Reinstall program until it's not needed again. Waste of data. Lack of control makes it an invasive program. Of course as long as the program is installed, it waist your battery. Your phone cannot go into sleep mode. It waits data sending your info out, when not under a load.
Was working well a few months back. Now the app doesn't work. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous of times. Same result. It does not work.
Garbage,with no use but to slow down phone and drain batteries.
The app will not open You hit the button to open it it would not do anything it just says there
I have used this app many times before and never had any issues, however. after the load is delivered I don't leave MacroPoint installed on my phone. There has been an update for the app since the last time I used it. I have an Android phone and this time it won't even begin to download. I also have an Android tablet and MacroPoint installed on it in record time. I noticed that I'm being tracked through it successfully whereas before MacroPoint had to be on the phone only to be trackable.
Every time I click on any button to update the load status, the entire load info vanishes. It can't be updated any more if I can't find it. Even tried to reset it by the initial text but that seldom works. Very frustrating 😡. Would be worse if my paycheck depended on the accuracy of this app.
this app has always worked great for me every now and then a technical issue that has always resolved itself for me so I'm happy with this app how ever if only the brokers could fix there end and only call if an emergency a broker wants to fine you if you don't call them but yet they say eliminate check calls with this app come on I get more calls from them now so in reality it doesn't work if there was a way to block broker communication while using the app that would be great
I've been trying to get this app to work for two weeks. It's aggravating, when everything on my end is correct as for as allowing promission all the time, which I find very intrusive. Can't receive a code to activate the app, it's costing me time and money.
