Macy's

Every time I make a purchase from the app I get a problem with my payment. My orders always get canceled no matter which cc I use. I always have to call & never get good customer service. It doesn't matter how many times I get cleared with fraud departed, I keep having the same problem over and over. It's horrible!!! Also browsing the internet or even from ads, I click on link and it takes me to the app homepage or another item👎👎👎

This app is very user friendly for elderly people like myself to get around and make choices easily. It is especially not complicated as most apps seem to be. I had no problems choosing, calculating, changing, updating and speaking to a kind and understanding representative for help when I needed it. 🙏 Thank you

I've had the Macy's app for almost three [3] years. Not once, have I EVER been able to make a credit card payment using the app. It loads and stick. Finally, when it "completes" it is a semi blank page. None of the options needed to pay populate. I then pay online using my laptop. My app is current with the most recent update in March 2022. Unsure why this is & has ALWAYS has been my experience, but Macy's needs to fix it. The card features in this app make the ENTIRE experience dreadful.

The app is easy to use for the most part, however, the wishlist feature has always been a little off. Now, my saved for later is at the bottom of the checkout page below the offers and recommend when it should be directly below the cart. The app uses a 'wallet' feature, so WHY CAN'T I ADD A GIFT CARD TO MY WALLET!? I should be able to add my gift card and use the balance in the app without having to enter the code every time I check out!

The app was working fine, until now. It will not load properly. Shopping cart is not letting me edit my cart. Keeps sending messages, error try again later. Well its later and it's still not loading. I guess its saving me more money than the sale you have going on right now. So um, thank you??

Macy's has always been my favorite place to shop because they have quality merchandise and their employees are committed to providing outstanding customer service. With the app, shopping at Macy's is convenient and very easy to navigate. Some websites are slow and frustrating to use. Macy's site is fast and responsive. I would recommend the Macy's app to anyone who does their shopping online like I do.

Forget/bleep this app. They didnt process my payment, i called and they said they could help me.but i would need to make the payment again because they had started the refund process. Thank God i didnt, its been a week and my refund has not processed. Plus i called the number they sent on the email and i could hear a lot of static noise. i tried calling off my another phone and the response i get when the call goes through is totally different than the one she gets. Embarrasing, not effecttive!!

Love going directly to the store site rather than thru the hoops from an online engine. Makes it so much easier to get to Macy's and shop. You can choose to either save your info or fill out every time. Nice to have that option, other store apps store all info unless you know to opt out. All in all, great site and better than the round trip to the nearest store.

Love the store; tried using the app and couldn't use any search filters, it wouldn't load more than a few items at a time, and looking at all the reviews saying that you're not able to make a credit card payment turned me off of this app. I've never had issues just buying from the website anyway. Nice try!

I look forward to it popping up each day. Its infinitely easier to do a quick view of new sales and new items from there, as opposed to the old, traditional way through a text, as many stores still use. I tend to ignore those, intending to go back later, which I promptly forget to do! Beautiful and unique merchandise!

What's wrong with the app? The filters don't work. I try filtering women's dresses and even though it shows 280 dresses with the filtered criteria, only 9 shows up when I click show results

1. When I click 'Shop Now' link in the instagram post, it's not navigating to that product in my mobile app. 2. Credit card payment process has never been easy in mobile app. It always takes lot of time to load 'credit summary' page. Not responsive. 3. If I search for shoes and i get more products,lets say 200 products, as I scroll on the products listing page, the page ends after loading 50 products. Pagination isn't working as expected.

Not the easiest way to search. More specific categories are needed and should load to where I had scrolled to when I hit back from an item. Needs to load faster. Also terrible suggestions. Learn my algorithm. But it is Macy's and has a good selection of items that I buy. I do shop it often enough.

I've done a good I deal of online shopping on the Macy's app over the past 1-2 years. I've had no problems with loading or navigation. Glad to report that my recent in-store visit resulted in my finding a somewhat better assortment of clothing and shoes than I'd seen in quite a while. I hope to see continued improvement!

Since the last upgrade, I can no longer pay my bill through the app. When shopping, it constantly crashes. It's no longer user friendly. Please fix these issues.

This app shuts down every time I check the PURCHASES tab. Never fails. There's also no need to initiate a REFUND from within the app. It does NOT speed up the refund process, even if you drop the items off at your local Macy's. In fact, the code wouldn't scan in the store. Thank goodness I had the card I used to make the online purchases. Lots of room for improvement.

Macy's app and website are the absolute worst for navigation, loading and how time consuming both shopping methods work. The pages take forever to load and then once loaded need to jump around until they finally find a spot to settle. This happens on both website and app. It's so frustrating that I usually just end up spending my money somewhere else. Their sales aren't all that spectacular anyway and there's nothing worth all the extra time it takes to use anything to do with Macy's. Awful!

I'm more frustrated with customer service. I made a mistake while purchasing an item while the store was closed. I choose standard shipping instead of expedited. I called a few hours later as soon as Macys opened and I was told that everything was ok and that I could change my shipping status. A few hours later, I noticed that I never received a new confirmation email, so I called back only to be told that there is nothing they can do about my shipping. So, becareful shopping between 12a-9a.

Wish Macy's would stop sending shoes in just their box without any extra packaging. Every single time I order shoes, they come damaged & they have to be returned. Why not just send them in a box?? You're trying to save on packaging & shipping is costing name brand shoe companies good products & your customers inconvenience. It's ridiculous!!!

App doesn't work, just says something went wrong no matter what section I try to browse. Looks like there might be missing images on the sections too.

Works horrible on Android.. Takes forever to load. Sometimes you have to close the app and open it again! It's almost impossible to load on a link from Facebook or Instagram! Please fix this..

Search is horrible! Not even close to product requested! Hundreds of irrelevant results! Billing terrible too! Payments charges between Amex and Macy's store accounts even though other one was selected.

The app is quick and easy to use. It stopped crashing. I remain logged into the app, so I can instantly see how many Star Rewards points I have available. But when you're actively engaged in a search and/or are looking at a particular item, use the arrow at the top when you want to return to the previous page. If you use the arrow at the bottom, you'll end up where you started, most likely on the home page, where you'll have to re-input your search parameters and begin again.

I can never access my statements, payments or transactions. Pointless! Update: Two years later and the app is still useless accessing statements, payments, and transactions.

Honestly girls Macy's is my favorite store to shop at. I can always find the newest hottest items that I can't wait to get my hands on. And if you wait a week or two and keep checking there site you can bet they will have a sale soon. Yaaaasssss please! Lol. Thanks for being so awesome Macy's! Oh, and you just gotta love the free samples.

Love my Macy's and what's more their sales are exceptional. Thank you Macy. The styles are current. Extremely. High end and very well made from shoes, clothing, accessories and everything in between. Highly recommended!!! 🌅

I love Macy's online and in store this is my favorite place to shop. Also I really am pleased with their customer service , the quality of merchandise and the great sales. I love Macy's online shopping it is my favorite The Annapolis store is lovely, they have a great shoe department. The whole store is lovely. The store representative are great, very polite and helpful. I always feel cheerful after shopping at Macy's.

This app is always broken.the csr have no knowledge of what you are talking about. The app keeps resetting whatever info I input. I've been on autopayment for years, using the same bank acc. Last month out of the blue they decided to charge my payment on an account I don't even use!ended up paying overdraft fee due to their useless customer service and useless broken app. Getting rid of macys asap!
