MadDog2020 Casting

3 big issues with this app. 1) The gallery image catagories do not sync up with the website. The website for instance does not show "Facing Left", "Facing Back" etc. 2) Typing in the messenger does not produce autocorrect. 3) The text in messenger is far too small making it unusable for the older generation. Fix this and it would be a decent app.

Still unable to get sound notifications, have to remember to check! Tough when busy.

Trying to see my profile and its aa if it never existed! What happened to my details and photos?... i thought all the bugs had been fixed???

App is much better! I haven't done a long term test but would love to see a dark screen mode. Also I hope the email vs app message notification confusion is cleared up for releases etc (I realise the settings are on the website). Maybe have an option to send an email notification every time somebody instant messages on the app, there may be some rare scenarios where they don't work or we're not near the app for some reason. Some people may not want this so it's definitely a setting. Thx.

Very little info giving on chat, same question asked several times no real response. App shows pending for years then waiting list for years, no current castings. Mad Dog 2020 Extras app doesn't actually exist sends you to main app

Would be great if it worked. Like others I have been trying to sign up, but there appear to be bugs that need fixing. Pages don't hold information already filled out, if you go back to a previous page after filling part of the form in, the next page has gone blank and you have to re-complete. Also, nothing happens when I hit the submit button, the swirling symbol appears but it doesn't take you to any other page to complete the sign up process.

Terrible, nothing works, more bugs than an Indiana Jones Movie

I love the agency Maddog Casting 2020 and have been with them many years but a couple things on the app are annoying. It won't clear my messages once I've read them recently. So you always think you've got new messages. Also, i don't get any alerts from the app come up on my phone even though they're set up to come through. I just have to check through the day for any jobs incoming. If these got sorted, it'd be great! Guess that's why we give feedback here so you guys know and can fix things.:)

App functions until you get to then end and hit 'Submit' it then looks like it is processing your application then stops. Have tried seven times to upload profile. Have deleted & downloaded the app 3 times but still no joy. The same problem on the website. I can only assume that due to Covid 19 and all that has entailed the server is backed up. I can assume same with the website. Seems to be no customer support for quite a while judging from the volume of poor reviews.

Can't get past the sign up part, everything else is fine except for where you have to put in your height and bust. It's comes up blank, and can't manually type it in either as the keyboard won't pop up. And you can't submit until that has been filled in.

This app is no longer working. I cant see any of my messages that have been sent, I cant see any enquiries past enquiries and I can't send any messages load gallery nothing. & its been like this for some days now. Help as Im getting messages & enquiries that I cant replay to.

As an app, works fine. Used to get a 'dog image' notification in my mobiles status bar, notifying of a job request, but this has stopped, so only know of new jobs when I check my emails.

App it's just not working for me. I haven't been able to register as when I click submit it doesn't really do anything. It looks like it's loading but it doesn't go onto the next page. It suddenly stops loading and I'm stuck there.

The idea of tha app is great, only if it works. I have been trying to sign up for few days but it keeps crashing at the end when i press submit. Had anyone else had this issue, how did you resolve it? Please advice

This app is hopeless. It took a very long time to input my date of birth, but managed it eventually. Form complete, then I am told to upload a profile photo. Try as I might, I can't do this. I have worked for MadDog in the past, for many years, but now it is impossible to register as available for work. It is impossible to speak to anyone either.

Fill in the form but submit button doesn't work. This bug stops the app being useable. Also tried to login with the website - get through the whole form then it shows an error message when I try to submit

Unable to register, as I am unable to enter an Artist ID. The app will allow me to fill the first page of personal detail, but won't continue because of the missing Artist ID.

Painfully slow...I know it's the app because all my other apps work fine. It takes FOREVER to upload EVERY action/page...No flexibility to change/upload selfies.

this app is terrible. and the website is too. the application on both website and app do not work, when I submit on the website it crashes each time and in the app the submit button does not press. how do I sign up if I can't submit the application? the app is also incredibly unresponsive and not user friendly.

Rubbish App. Went through the whole rigmarole of entering all my details only to get to the end and the submission won't go through. Tried 3 times. Useless.

As a regular Maddog extra Im pleased to see the huge improvement in this latest version of the app. The previous one was awful. I see many are having trouble signing up on the app, I would suggest you use their web site.

Spent time completing the application to sign up, then hit submit. It does nothing..... clearly doesn't work. Have tried registering 5 times now and wasted lots of time. Hopefully will be able to register via telephone.

Tried to open an account , filled in the form on the app , someone really needs to sort out the date of birth entry !! , pressed submit , and nothing . This seems to be an ongoing problem going back a few years . Had heard good things about this company from other people with them whilst working on a job at Pinewood studios , lets hope it gets sorted .

App is great. The ux could improve slightly as lags a bit but on the whole I receive all my enquiries and are able to find what I'm looking for easily and respond

I want to be able to use this app but I can't sign up to it. Pressing submit does nothing but show me a loading icon that fails. Anyone got a fix or another way to sign up?

This app will not allow me to enter my height and bust and going back month by month in the calendar to get to my DOB was a pain. After all that, I can't sign up please fix your app

After Installing the app, I tried to register, but after I've input all my info and click the submit nothing happens.. it seems to be the only way to register except it doesn't work

Can not sign up, very annoying as I was with 2020 casting before it partnered with mad dog but I can not log in so I'm trying to sign up as a new account but nothing happens when i click submit.

Literally can't create an account. Appears to be a problem with the Height and Chest options on the app which prevents you from creating an account!

I cannot load pictures with more than 500kb, which is impossible to get under these days. Very frustrating !!!!
