I've been using this software for a while now, on iPhone and on my Huawei P30 Pro. I last used it about a month ago in San Jose, CA. I needed to use my camera today, but now the software suddenly just crashes. It just won't open, although the camera is connected. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still the same. I need this for my work. Please help!
This app works fine on my Sony Xperia xa1 phone, but for some reason although it connects to the camera WiFi, I can't do anything else on my android tablet. I've got the latest firmware and the latest version of both Madv app and misphere app, but can't control camera, really annoying, please advise!
After a while i noticed i cannot upload/share photo/video from this app. What happened? It keeps on saying "could not connect to network". How to fox this? Please advise. Thanks
Just got the camera in the mail, I installed the app on my Huawei P30 Pro and it crashes every single time. Tried phone restart, uninstall/reinstall, same result. Seeing similar reviews with same phone.
This app now could not connect to updated mi sphere with Wifi now starting with MJXJ instead of QJXJ. This is disappointing as I use this more than the mi sphere app due to better interface.
Does not work with Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It worked with my note 4 when I first bought it. I need it to update to work with my phone.
Emui10 Huawei. App crashes upon launch. Its bad enough that features are not rich, worst that it does not even launch.. Please fix.
Ever since I installed update, unable to "share". Gives an error "couldn't connect to network"
For 300usd three sixty affordable camera, the edit function and import/export function need improve The global position system and virtual viritily mode need special equipment to use , the 360 camera need more battery
I cannot open the apps after update. Uninstall and reinstall still cannot open (Huawei P30pro user, EMUI version 10.0.0)
Please update the firmware. Latest Android version cannot open.

I think that I don't have Wi-Fi connection.
Only half of the app works. You can download all images and videos from the camera and you can view them. Editing and exporting does not work. This still makes the $400 camera useless.
Ever since new 'update' the camera won't connect to my phone via WiFi. It keeps saying please connect to WiFi that starts with 'QXJX' even though I can confirm I am connected to the MadV. I tried using airplane mode and no difference. It won't connect with any phone.
Camera is nice ,PC software is useless because after transcoding it doesn't work with Google photos. Also this app should allow to be moved to another location after stiching !
Works well. Took a little bit to get used to the interface, but otherwise very pleased with how sharp the pictures are. Very pleased with the purchase and the app works well.
I don't have an option to export stitched videos to my phone from the app and the one that is saved in my gallery is not stitched. Can't figure out any way besides adding it to my laptop via the desktop app. Besides that eveuthing works fine.
Can someone advise. When you edit pics in any mode. Tiny planet for example. It saves the pic as a pano in phone gallery. The only way to save what you see on the screen is to use the screenshot button. But won't that lose quality? A lot of the time when clicking screenshot, it saves a blank screen. Frustrating! The video editing is dreadful. Cut button doesn't work. No options and confusing. I'm moved over to garmin verb for the video editing side. I hope it's due to it being a new app and will be updated. The desktop app you can download from their website doesn't work. Please sort this out especially the picture side!
I've used a few different cameras and software, and the MadV is by far my favorite. A few qwirky bugs, but given time this will only get better. For all the complaints about the split from the Xiaomi Mijia software, do your homework on this one... Thanks MadV team, this is an impressive piece of hardware and software.
This app now watermarks your videos recorded using this app making them look cheap and crappy. Please remove this "update". I used to recommend this camera to everyone but this small add-on has made it fall behind on my list because you can no longer work 100% from phone without a watermark.
Wondering why publish 2 apps for 1 hardware, with same featurea and wvwn more bugs. Why not just focus 1 app and make it perfect? Screenshot failed to work and black image.
See this app is asking for QJXJ in the starting of the camera name which is not changeable in mi sphere since both the cameras are same even the app is all the same why can't I connect with the official play store app this is not cool Xiaomi have to change this
Is it possible to add a function of shooting at one side only? Just like normal camera does
I been using with mi sphere camera which from everything I read has same internals as madventure but newest app update no longer works with mi sphere camera so I know you say it does officially using the mi sphere camera but come on guys people want to use your app that was working just fine on mi sphere till updated the app please fix whatever changed in your app please
Many of the app features [ phone export, editing features, timeshifting, pivot point] are either missing or just not implemented. especially pivot point which is crucial for 360 video reframing. Insta 360 app offers more of these features. Is a shame because this camera is so capable, but without a good mobile app it becomes cumbersome. Note: Madventure 360 and Mi 360 are one of the same. "Mi sphere 360" app is a bit more updated (allows phone export), but still missing many of these features.
