Hi Dev Team , The app is getting logout every now & then . There is a need for repeated login. Also add the feature to add Free Time Purchase in the Spot System even for your mobile app. Kindly fix this issue. I don't see other issues with the app. It's good over all other than the above stated issue. It's handy to make Spot bookings.
Truly horrible experience. Useless app waste of time. You will have to go to yheir web site and get eork done. Fo mot expect website to be ant better. Hapag, cma, msc

When trying to logon the app freezes
I keep getting log in issues.This I can clearly state has been going on for years. I thought uninstalling and reinstalling would fix this but it didn't. You just have to keep registering afresh most of the time. And I don't understand the "sorry,you can't follow this BL"
despite registration i can't login, it keeps saying wrong id or password, i reset the password but still no use, complete waste of time, IT team should be fired for making such a useless application. Sent IT team details of error about 3 weeks ago and despite a reminder didn't hear from them, this is so unprofessional. Maersk IT team can't even keep a simple app running.

Lastest update is whack because signing in isa waste of time. It asks to set up 4 digit pin, and no matter what you do it doesn't go past the reconfirm 4 digit pin page. Embarrassing 😏 I did send an email to the address below but no reply yet. Like I said, embarrassing for a company of such status to not have a system that replies to emails in 24hrs or less. I still can't log in coz of the pin issue, despite updating the up today 15th April 2021
Useful and good app. But we can't chat with agents online anymore. Why????
I have been trying to open the app but everytime I do that, a pop up says that there is an update, clicking on which leads me to play store, where there is no option to update the app.
Hello The app is good but the website has no confidentiality as any one can write down the bl numer and get the information of the parts of the file as well as all the invoices related to the same, while as freight forwarder we should have been protected, no? For instance, in Morocco any broker or customer can access to any kind of information about the file once they have the bl number, is this right to you? You have to work on this issue urgently plz

There is issue in place Booking via phone app. During placing Booking via app, there is not getting option for select type of container. So we can not place Booking via phone app.
A very good experience on app but sometimes it stuck badly and couldn't open and demand updation which are not available on???? Then we stuck
Facing problem to place booking, it's become very irratating, it's closed automatically when we select the box size!!
App keeps telling me their is a newer version available but there isn't, even tried uninstalling the App and reinstall it but same message - plse fix asap. Thankyou
Most useless app designed. Unable to.place booking. Technical support does nothing. Standard response asking one to mail the details. Waste of time

Fingerprint fails to login, data loading failures, Duplicate bookings issued on SPOT. Every time fingerprint login fails, app asks to reset Pin.

Good ... Vessel schedule are visible ... Easy access .... But Unable to login even after registering, Verifying email succesful ... Unable to Login to App ... ( No customer code found Error ) .... That's why two stars.... All else good ...
