A bit confusing at first. it is obnoxious how much documentation that is required. You can see transactions, but you can't print them so it is pointless.
They changed the forms and are now less easy to use. Go back to old form.
I wouldn't recommend using their " services ", as they can lock your account. as theyve done with mine. Also, good luck trying to get in contact with them. It's next to impose.. I would of rather played taxes on my money, at least i wouldn't be out of $165....
When trying to open messages in the program, it immediately shuts down the program and not open the message. When I try to give feedback, it continually says server not available
Easy to navigate GUI, nothing too fancy,, but highly functional. Never had any issue with the app.
Tremendous improvements were recently made to the app. However, it still remains a little quirky in uploading/attaching receipts.
It makes it easy to upload bills, submit claims. Get information on account is so much faster.
The App is crApp! Do not waste your time installing it. Remove from Option 1 to submit Action Required documents since the App is useless.
Its good for the most part. Easy to add receipts. Takes to long to get daycare refunded.

Sometimes when my wife and i go to the Doctors on the same day. Maestro considers that a duplicate claim.
Looking up the PCP is hard, instead of asking for zip code it should ask for DR name & address. Asking for zip code you will be searching for a doctor for months.

This is a terrific app to manage my FSA. When they need more documentation it's very easy to submit, also on the phone they are really excellent and the phone number is listed on the app. Super easy-to-use, have had no technical glitches or anything like that.
This company will take your money then challenge every time you use your card to pay an expense. They will force you to upload every receipt so user beware that you will have to keep everything and send it to them although the doctor office processed the charge. Even when you have a payment contract with a provider you will still have to post each and every item
