worked fine for long time then in the last 2-3 months it would not open just keeps "loading". Had to resort to the website to check my accounts because I was tired of restarting my phone but couldn't pay Bill's unless on laptop. so much unnecessary work.
I love the app! I'm not a super tech person so I usually struggle with these things. But I've used it now for about 6 years and can't imagine life w/o it. Or w/o MAFCU, for that matter. So glad I learned about credit unions when I worked at IBM back in the 80's. Customers matter at MAFCU.
The app stopped working after update. Communication lacking. Deleted old version to install new version, now stuck in pending. Can't deposit checks! Hate this.

Camera for mobile deposit is very dark. Can barely see anything. It was not like this not too long ago. The camera on my phone works fine normally but not with this app.
I have loved this in the past but just used it and menu options don't exist - blue panel! Not happy, no logout.
Ready when needed. I usually bank from a computer but when I need access on the go, this app works very well.
I have had to reinstall the app on each mobile deposit because the camera stops focusing in this app only. My other apps use my camera without issue.
have to restart my phone every time i need to sign on or i just keep seeing it going in circles! i just deleted the app and reinstalled it again!!
The older version worked great. Unusable since the update. Frustrating.

I need basic stuff and the app does the job . The most valuable tool for me was being able to locate partner branches for atm cash pickup and deposits when I'm in Jersey.
I can't download this app. I had it before, but it neded to update. Unfortunately,several days I try to update and I can not do it.
App no longer works; have uninstalled and reloaded twice, nada!
When it was working, it was just ok. Hasn't worked in about two months give or take.

App stop working after update
Good app but it sometimes crashes
The app was changed within the last year or 2 and it's awful now. The scroll bar gets in the way of the options. It also moves around while you're selecting your options and often just before you push a button, it will literally move the screen up just enough to make you select the wrong thing. This app was perfect 2 years ago and now it's a glitchy mess.
