Magic ARC App

This is a great app! I race two to three people with multiple ghost cars. I don't have enough people to marshall so the yellow flag function allows you to stop all cars so that you can place your car back on the track and when you are ready start the race again. So many great setting in this app so download the manual and have a full understanding of it. Please support Magic with donations they will help you and respond quickly. That's been my experience.

This app is phenomenal. Me, being the pessimist that I am, was skeptical at "how much better" this app was over the official one as everyone was claiming. Well, I'm here to tell you, it is! Everything just functions better. Not only that, but the developer is super awesome and extremely helpful if you ever need a hand (as I did). I was on the verge of giving up on ARC Air based on how the official app performed, but Magic ARC saved it, and my kids and I are having a blast now. Thanks!!

Brilliant app. Surprised at all these people giving low ratings for a free app that is much better than anything out there. If you have issues just follow the forum and you will appreciate how much work Magic does. These were temporary bugs! If you want to reinstall an old version then just look up on Google how to do it rather than just giving poor ratings!

Great app, lots of cool features... Unfortunately, on Arc Air system, I'm unable to use fuel or tyre simulation, as they just won't work in a race. Everything else is fine, but the gauges stay at 100% for the whole race. I can't get any information on this problem, which is frustrating. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Other than that, it's a lot of fun, and I'd recommend it over the official app, if it works for you.

I have this app on Android and Windows 10. it's fantastic on both. I've never experienced a crash and before I can run into a bug it appears they've all been fixed. I have scalextric Arc Pro and I also have got an old Arc one around it works great in both cases. The feature-set yellow flags race start race configuration all very nicely done.

First of all I would like to apologies for offending and demoralising the developer of this fantastic app and how they have misinterpreted my last review as it was only a means of providing feedback on the update and their frustration. Going forward I will feedback via website and have removed my last review as a result. To that point this update has resolved all issues and extremely happy. As pointed out this free and the time the developers have given is priceless. Again sincere apologies.

App was exceptional before the latest update but now it will not connect to the power base Even after factory reset of the phone and reinstalling the app please can this be fixed as really enjoyed the app before

Awesome app until the latest update yellow flags not working properly it stops the race but when you start the race again after the count down cars don't move.Try it on galaxy note 9 and iPad air both do the same thing. All fixed awesome app just need when the count down finish at the start of the race to say go or a buzzer to go

Best slot car race management app for Arc one Powerbase by far everything works on it. The only gripe I have is the overall look of the display when lapping the cars and would love to have a hall of fame with cars aswell as drivers on ther or car and driver info. But by far better than Scalextric Arc witch doesn't work atall and it's better than Scalextric Arc Legacy, witch does work sometimes and when it does work I do find the display while lapping more appealing than Magic arc but that is it

I picked up an ArcOne power base for my Scaleztric track. I tried the Scalextric App and it worked flawlessly, only stupid limited. Then I read the reviews and the Magic app was better rated with more features. So I loaded it on my Galaxy Tab A. This pad runs the Scaly app without a glitch. Magic app.....nope. When I try to start a race, I get an unable to connect to Bluetooth message....Scalextric has no issue, why does yours? Sadly I removed the app. I wanted it to work. It seems like a nicely featured app

Works very well -- the setup just takes a little getting used to. Recommend watching youtube videos on this app to get familiar with how to set it up. The scalextric team could learn a thing or two from this Magic app because -- in my opinion -- it works so much better than the app scalextric has out there.

Adds to the Arc Pro experience no-end. Much less buggy than Scalextric's own app, embarrassingly, and much more consistent. Lots of useful options too. Yellow flags add to the racing greatly. Great work!

This is a great app for the digital ARC Pro power base. Much better than the "official" app from Scalextric. I've been using Magic ARC App for a few weeks and am totally impressed with all you can do with it. I am definitely going to send a donation to keep this app going. The author, Magic has put together a fantastic app just for the love of the slot car hobby. He is always updating the app to cater to what hobbyists need in a digital slot car app. This is not just a lap counter but a full fledged racing experience. All on his own time. Please donate to show we appreciate all the time and effort he has put into this app and to keep it updated to what slot racers can keep enjoying. Thanks for a great app Magic!

Awesome app. Easy to setup, can have your own pictures for players/cars/races. Loads of different options for types of races etc. Much better than the "official app", even the pace car works very well. Very happy with it

I was initially only aware of the official Scalextric app and came across somebody mentioning this whilst researching ARC In some forums. I am so glad I did. Not only is this app leagues ahead of the official one, the developer is awesome. I had a minor bug and sent my activity log via email. I had a reply within a few minutes and a solution within a few hours. What fantastic support! 100% download this app, you wont regret it. I'm looking forward to future updates. Nice one Magic 👍🏻

Great app though does need refreshing sometimes parts stop working! Have found for example yellow flag will stop functioning properly after running pace car! But close and restart app usually fixes it!

Excellent app. Easy to navigate with many options for everything from quick races to race simulations with pitstops, variable weather and much, much more.

Unlimited Laps, Qualifying (time or laps), Fuel Use, Tire Wear, Yellow Flags, Pit Stops, no Pit Stops, race for an allotted Time. You can adjust your Throttle Curve to your perfect driving style. You can compete against 5 Pace Cars! You can dial in your exact Track Length. Set the rate of Fuel Consumption and Tire Wear. Simulates Fuel Load. Tire Wear can be set to effect tires on acceleration, braking or both. At the end of the race you can download your very detailed stats. Easy setup.

Fantastic app. Really makes the race arc Pro system come to life, loads of great options to suit all levels of racing. Look forward to future developments :)

Great feature set, and more depth and control compared to the official app. I'd recommend this for motorsports enthusiasts, especially endurance racing fans.

This is much better than the Scalextric app. I did have one stability issue so I emailed a report to Magic and they fixed my problem by the next day. Super fun app.

Work great up until race finishes then app shuts down and you have to restart. Nice if it would stay on to see stats.

Can't view settings as screen greys out - seems like a pop up has come up - but off-screen!? can't resize my view or turn phone round to solve. HTCM10 - does everyone else use tablets?

Used for large race events of 20 racers or more. Fast paced fun for families or groups of any age. easy to use. Developer very responsive.

Great App. Unlike the scaley official one it actually pairs up. Lots of tweaking to play around and very user friendly.

Great app works well on Android... Is there any hope of support for Android-Go as bluetooth doesn't connect on Android Go?

100% better than original app. A must have for anyone with arc system . Great work !!
