Great game, very unfortunate that the developer quit on it and us as the players.

This game is a love and hate relationship, and it seems like everyone that plays this game can relate lol

I miss this game so much

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. No matter what your problem is they say it isn't a problem and thanks for playing. If you don't get a reward they just say rewards were already given so you must've gotten it. And the game is so glitchy that you can't go a week without getting screwed out of a reward.

Fun game but when I tried to login in with my new phone but it keeps saying that the email I used is invalid and when I tried to recover the password it didn't work. This is the third time I started from the beginning and will be the last if they won't help. Lost 51 levels of progress , cool characters and a lots of hours. Fun when you don't logout.

I love this game I really do but I have to restart because I updated it and then said everything was invalid, I lost so much levels I worked hard on. Funny how this game gets so many hits and yet it just crumples all your progress to the ground like it was nothing. The only thing I hate is that it says everything is invalid when I typed in all my Gmails it said none of them existed. I worked so hard to get where I was and then it was all thrown away

I gave everything a one because I've got three accounts and I can't get to any of them it says my network isn't working when my network is fine, then some Chinese words pop up. Either fix the game or lose everyone who plays, I have seven people playing that I showed the game they hear about this then they stop play and so do the people they told and so on. This game is so cool at first then it stops working or cheats you out of your money.

Addictive game. It is very fun, but there a problem I play a while then I came back to play again and it's shut down. No matter how try it the same it shut down. Even the upgrade didn't work. It turn on, and I can play but when I turn it off and wait for the alarm for me to play again it shut down. I get Unfortunately Magic Evolution has stopped please fix.

This is already the third time I've restarted, I've lost tons of progress and over $50 trying to get it back. I figured I'd give it one last go, and I hadn't really had and major problems, but not even five minutes before I decided to post this comment, I tried to login, and the server I've been playing on, S02 Lake Valor, is suddenly saying it's closed? Since when?! I was playing earlier today and had no issues!! If I lose all my data for a FOURTH time, then this game will have no chances left.

I did my first top up 123 (7200 gems) and the game said error I assumed it did not work so I tried it again and it went fine I go to check my and they charged me twice but only gave me one 7200 I told asked for a refund and they said they had no record of it but then they suddenly had it on record when i complained to Google store. I told google and they gave me a refund but then magic evolution said I owe them a ridiculous number of $3200 and if I didn't want my account to be frozen I have to pay.

The fact that you guys moved the servers I worked so hard in and even spent some cash on...to iPhone is the reason that I am giving this game 1 star. My hard work is gone! Not everyone owns an iPhone. Either merge platforms or continue losing people who worked hard on their accounts, whom own androids.

Fun game but having some login issues, either with network unusual when entering or with the main login screen, I did the update and it didn't help matters much, please fix soon

I have spent so much time and money on this game and now my sever (old chatue) is gone. I had to get a new phone and now I can't log into my profile.

My only problem is when I do the daily thing where you get 5 days and you get 150 gems when I get to day 4 the game won't let me on that day every time here lately. Other then that love the game.

I love this game but once I started getting good at it, the game would no longer load. Every time I would open the game, the developer's titles would load but when the game screen would come on it crashed.

Only two problems: 1:I've lost days of progress because your STUPID SERVERS keep saying "undergoing maintenance" 2:when I start the game it says "updating, please wait" and I spend an hour watching a bar Sloooooowly fill up please fix these problems and I will rate 5 stars

The only problem I have is that I had VIP 5 at lv66 and I had to do an restart on my phone I signed into my account and I couldn't recover my account because the server that I was on wasn't showing up can you fix that

I have to constantly uninstall it and reinstall it every time just to play. So it's a bit annoying to play sometimes.

I love this game but it won't let me log I. Right now is it u see maintenance

It doesnt show wen u search it anymore but it still available and i luv this game.

Great game and love the concept but i payed for gems i never got. Can you guys please fix. Because i got charged but got nothing.

love this game but when I tried to redeem the newbie poke code I couldn't press enter the minute this is fixed or I'm helped I will give this app a 5 star rating .

Alot of people are complaining about having to Uninstall and reinstall to play I found that my cleaning app was wiping the data for the game so it couldn't load properly I use clean master and when you go to clear excess files and what not you need to make sure you've deselected the files for this game for some reason it thinks they are excess memory or something
