DETAILS
Magic Fluids allows for a great deal of customization. You can modify fluid type, color palette, how long it stays on the screen, when colors should change and much more.
Fluid alone is great, but it only gets better. Turn on particles and watch how they move with the fluid and emphasize it's motion. Particles have lots of configuration options as well
- shape, size, color and more. You can have more than 15000 particles on the screen, but you better have a strong device if you want to do that!
Whatever configuration you come up with, it would be great to save it and use anytime later. That's what user presets are for
- you can store ten fluid presets and load them with a single click!
Are you lazy and don't want to wade through lots of settings? You can use one of ten predefined fluid configurations and still experience a great diversity that Magic Fluids offers! Examples of existing presets are Floating Flames, Wavy Winter or Classy Combination.
Magic Fluids features two fluid animation methods:
- Smoke
- classic gas simulation. Smoke is slow and steady. It's great when you want to slow down and relax
- Water
- uncommon method that makes fluid behaviour more similar to liquid than gas. You can almost feel the pressure propagating through the water while you touch the screen. It's perfect when you want to create dynamic animations and images full of swirls and curls.
When you press the Menu Button (hardware button on older devices, three-dot button on newer ones) animation pauses. From there you can clear the screen, go to settings menu or save the screenshot to file on external storage (it goes to /Pictures/MagicFluids/ directory). Note that external storage (which usually means SD Card, but on some devices external storage is actually internal) must be available on your device. You can later use it as a wallpaper or show your friends what you can do with Magic Fluids!

Looks cool, but seems to lack control over colors? I wish there was a way to select one or two specific colors, as well as the background color, and limit the brightness, maybe have a gradient to fade to black on the top or bottom (to help it not overpower my actual icons so much.) $5 seems too much for a bg app. At $1.99 or less I'd probably have bought it.
I LOVE THIS APP!! I used it on my video "Come Home" by DJ Satin Dollar (N'Tanya Pagan) on YouTube! It was just perfect for the music!! Lots of ways to adjust it for all kinds of different feelings. Very easy to use and is great for relaxation and fun! Highly recommend!! I'll try to remember to include a reference to it in my video description. Thanks and keep up the good work!! 😁
This is a very calming and relaxing app to use, however recently it stopped working as a background on my phone, which is the main reason I have the app. I have reinstalled it multiple times and changed the settings of the fluids, but nothing has changed. Still, love the app as it works perfectly, just that blip is quite frustrating.
Rather fun! Making the screen respond as though mixing sparklies of paint is quite mesmerising. It all works pretty well, although the Gravity function doesn't seem quite right: I know, technically, the acceleration goes on forever but I think it would 'feel better if there was some kind of 'friction' control to limit maximum speed and/or provide a more rapid deceleration when the gravitational stimulus (tilt) is removed. That said though, it is still rather fun.
I absolutely love this app! It works really well on android and it's good for stress relief. Completely recommend. There are lots of awesome settings and I was so surprised that this was for free! It's amazing quality. I have set one as my wallpaper and it's seems to be working amazingly so far. There are some settings that you have to pay for but I don't even need those because there is a massive variety of effects! You can even adjust the size and trail of the patterns. Thank you ❤️
On the cool, this is the BEST and most High Quality live wallpaper I have ever came across, witnessed and experienced. I usually don't take the time to review things because if I like it, I'ma just keep it or if I dislike it, I'ma delete it ASAP but oh my goodness. It's so interactive, adaptive, responsive and vibrant. The options are great and it gives your phone a wholee new feelings for sure! - Galaxy Note 9 128GB model. It's great on your battery as well.
Exceptional app. Visualization like no other app on earth has. This is my favorite app and love to show it off as a live wallpaper. The customization features provide all sorts of controls for unlimited combinations. Best visualization app I have ever seen and I have tried dozens on both PC and Android. Used for years and do not rate many things.
I LOVE THESE SO MUCH! When I first touched the screen, I immediately fell in love with this. I dont have stress (I guess) but I mainly play this for entertainment and relaxation. The presets are all beautiful. If I could rate this 1000, I would. I just love everything about this app. I would totally recommend it. 😁 Please take your time to make new presets.
Pretty and runs really well, Ads only show up in menus AND they ask permission before showing you them. A lot of the customization is locked behind the pay wall, but the app still has a lot to choose from without it. Live wallpaper works super well too although obviously is a bit less satisfying when you're accidentally swiping to your notifs bar or apps page every 2 seconds, BUT there's a free setting to make it swirl automatically
I can see myself swiping screens for absolutely no reason other than to see the effects and colors spewing about. For optimal results, try setting your widgets transparent. Had no prob paying for this considering the quality behind the work. For future version considerations, I'd like to have the ability to change to a standard vertical view of the app.
I love it! Tho I wish there was an option to add a personalized background like to add an image instead of it just being all black. The black background does makes sense to show the lights but It looks kinda empty unless you touch the screen. Overall 5 stars coz it's wonderful and I dont have any issues with it yet😍
My son loves this game! !!!!!I have one suggestion!!!!!! Child/Baby mode. Kind of like Netflix has now so if you let your toddler play with it, they won't accidentally exit the screen or open menus. With that I think you'd have one of the best games for toddlers on Android!!! My 21 month old son is the reason I paid for the full version. Definitely earned 5 stars as it is though. Thank you!
The app is a little hard to navigate. The interface is not user friendly or intuitive. It seems like there are two components. One is like an in-app zen-like play, in which the user can mess around with the settings and play with different colors and designs. The second component involves setting up the actual design for your live wallpaper. Switching between these two modes is not seamless and it took me a while to figure out how to set up the designs. But it looks great once its up and running
This app is a great resource for when I have anxiety and need a stimming tool to get grounded again. I read a review that slammed this app because it was "such a simple game" but to someone who is so overstimulated that they have trouble focusing their full attention on anything it is exactly what is needed. Very soothing. Thank you for creating an app that is simple but visually interesting and beautiful enough to be engaging.
Of late I came across, researched and then wanted some simulation app that would give me the ability to create slow moving canvases to relax and drift away to.. you know the saying: "I'll know it when I see it." Well, for me I came across this free app, was totally bought into its functionality, and the surreal landscapes one can create, I bought it without hesitation. With a little patience and experimentation I've created my own little colourful worlds. What a gem of an app by its creator.
This app is absolutely brilliant 👏. Just do yourself a favor and download it, you won't be disappointed. No ad spam, immensely satisfying and if that isn't enough you can set them as wallpapers and watch glowy colors follow you fingers. Its pretty much free too, I don't mind in the slightest having to watch an ad to unlock a new fluid. Bravo to the devs, i dont even want to imagine how they pulled off something like this.
It's a really neat app, great to use on the Note 10+ especially with the WQHD+ so kudos to the DEVs for the overall design. I have to admit, the layout is intuitive but a tad bit stuffed with partially explained adjustment features that either go unnoticed or aren't available through their free download. Only recommendation; boast the paid features def but not by displaying it all on the interface for the free upload. [lots of clicking where you can't click] Regardless, f@#$ it's epic fun.!
Amazing game! The colours never get boring and they're bright and happy. Also, no distractions. Great for finding peace. You can even set it as a wallpaper. Now here's my problem. I set it as my wallpaper and it started making my phone a little laggy. I deleted some other un-used apps and it got a bit better. After all, I love the app!
It's a very magical app I really love it the bright colours!. You can even set it as your own wallpaper! Isn't cool?yes. It's very cool..But. It's just that, The brightness is too bright sometimes it hurts my eyes. Please add somewhere to decrease the brightness. Thank you!
It's actually really fun, but my phone died and now my home screen doesn't work. I've tried setting it as my homescreen again, but it still wasn't working. Just a blank screen. I'm reinstalling it now to see if it works then. Edit: Reinstalling it does work, but if it happens again I'll follow the developers tip.
Mesmerizing. As an artist , sometimes I have the urge to create something but I don't always want to do all of the prep that it takes to paint. This allows me to Express some of that creativity w/o the mess. Toddlers find the app fascinating as well lol. Good to have when a little one's restless !!
This is really a relaxing way to just watch the flow of colors and to have it as a live wallpaper, that's even better because now I can show my friends the boring black background but when I swipe, it makes colors and they love it too! Thank you for bringing us this wonderful app, all the dislikes or haters must be bots or something and if they dont like it dont install it in the first place. Great app rate it 5 stars and put it as a live wallpaper. Thanks again for the app 😌
This app is very fun! When I downloaded it there where some miscommunications, but they where fixed. I loved using it as a live wallpaper but eventually it just kept wearing down my battery. I eventually deleted the app because it took up to much space and was starting to get boring. I would recommend this app but after a bit u may want to get rid of it...
What can I say, pretty good. but you can watch an ad to unlock one of the locked ones... until you switch to another one. once you switch, you have to watch the ad all over again. i think you should be able to unlock them for a day, or maybe 12 hours, and then watch an ad. if you want to test them all to find your favorites, or just for fun, this flaw (in my opinion, and surely many others) makes it very hard to do so. and 7$ is too much for a live wallpaper app.
