Not gonna lie, the toy is great but not the app. It keeps on disconnecting and it would accidentally left the chat for no reason. My partner and I are more frustrated than enjoying ourselves since we are in a LDR

My God how long is it gonna take for you guys to discover that there should be a feature so called 'play random music', FYI its a feature that lets you ... well... play music in random order from your play list, just FYI. You are so far behind in tech and features... LOVENSE PRODUCTS are the go to

App crashes when pairing with device. It's useless. Money wasted for this feature.

I agree, keeps disconnecting and I advice to use just one code while sharing with a single person, 1 code for each "phone" so that you don't need to share it always...

It works & connects thats all. No function in app are been operated. Continuous vibration happens. Device gets heated in 7-9mins. requires high speed network, doesn't operates in low or average net speed. for creating a room it takes to long. After entering password it hold round 1-2mins or more. even after that no response comes, like weather connected or not. if even screen is locked the connection breaks. I am regretting,buying this product mobile devices are Oneplus 5t & Realme X2 pro.

This app does not work. Constantly disconnecting from the device. When it is connected none of the functionalities work. That is one of the main benefits of the device is the app. If this is important to you DO NOT waste your money.

Tried it multiple times, on multiple days and there was never a connection. A horrible app which doesn't work at all for the long distance connection it promises. I uninstalled it all together. Not, worth the headaches.

Don't know why this app is keep disconnecting after 1 min or so... And the android app is not similar to the ios app. It has a very few options comparing with the ios app. Why so? This is so frustrating that the app is keep disconnecting again and again. Can you fix this? Then I'll give you a 5star. Thanks.

It's really bad connection, it's disconnecting constantly and is very unreliable. And since the device is rather expensive it should work!

Works on and off, we use the chat but it's very flaky and as stated dies after 5 mins. It's a shame as this is a turn on for us but just doesn't work consistently. We're both on note9s

App is noticeably underfunded from the moment you first open it; it is very disappointing that a product would be advertised and priced so highly above its own functionality. I'm left asking...What were you thinking? And...How do you plan to fix this?

App crashes in few seconds after making software update. The original old app is still the best, better than any update, more cosmetic than functional.

Does not stay connected. I have to keep my phone next to the toy in order to keep it connected. Doesnt always work. For what you pay it's not worth it. Unless you can fix the connection issue Its not even worth a star.

I'm glad I tested the app out before I got the product, im on a Samsung galaxy s10 and the app keeps crashing every other minute. Why would I buy a device that links to this app, if the app can't stay open for longer than a minute?

Love it One thing tho... It would be awesome if the other person could remain connected and have access to all the features, not just drawing.

App is malfunctioning, opening and closing on its own, it seems not to work well with Android devices..

Work very well on the fly. Needs English directions which are legible ( Paring, on - off, remote cellphone use).

This app is junk, loses connection after a few sec. Considering the price of the toy you would think it would not have connection issues

It won't let me pass the disagree /agree page. It just keeps loading. One of the reasons I bought Dante was remote controlled app. It just doesn't work.

App is terrible. Does not work cuts in and out when you do actually get it to work.

Keeps diconecting constantly...it is actually a waste of money to even buy a device that requires this app considering the reasons you buy the devices to use it with.
