Worst app and useless services. The app is designed ridiculously. I get notifications that some one wants to connect but when I click notification it refreshs the app and does nothing. Does not show the contact details. I paid for premium services 2 times for same plot. When i searched my own plot from different account it didn't show up at top as promised. And also found listed price was higher than i mentioned. The photos don't show up for the buyer. I uploaded multiple times..
Subscribed for the pro membership and it turned out to be the ultimate scam. MB showcases the most attractive properties to tempt you to signup. Once you do make the purchase, the MB prime properties do not match your requirements or even worse they do not even list photos. If you do request photos or any standard information it still utilizes a contact wherein it should've been an inbuilt feature of the app. Moreover, most of the listed contact numbers are either invalid or do not connect.
The app at best provides an average user experience. There are several instances when the images just won't load. Have been experiencing this issue for months. It doesn't matter whether the internet connection is fast or slow but the image loading just takes forever for some of the properties. This issue particularly affects the Today's matches section.
Favourite app to use. It features lower on the list than the others because (for our search at least) it returned the fewest number of leads. That said, things could be different in your area and with your filters, so we'd recommend you try it out.
I have posted my flat for rent on MB a few days back. My experience has been most frustrating:-( One, I get a mial saying my property's locality is incorrect - I don't know what is incorrect about it. When I click on 'edit property ad', I'm not able to make any change! Two, it asks me to upload photos. When I do, it takes for ever to upload them. There's a message which says 'image under screening'. Three, however, I get a dozen mails every day asking me to upgrade to a paid package!!
There are major problems with the aap. 1. You save a property on your computer and it doesn't sync to mobile app and vise versa although you are logged in on both the platform using same account. 2. Number of spam calls from magicbricks, the idea behind developing a application that we reduce manual intervention and we directly search for required products not required your push calls. 3. Not User-friendly to manage your search and save. 4. Insufficient feedback mechanism for the properties.
Worst experience I've had with you, first of all you push to install the app not being able to view properties on web, then in app you push to sign up to be able to view the photos of properties. You are just collecting the personal data. I UNINSTALLED IT!!!!!
This app now has become more or less obsolete with irrelevant listings.The notifications on the app do not open at all.The option to view the contacted properties does not work.A contact is used up even on photos request.There is no option to update the email in the profile. I have taken the MB Prime subscription which is useless. Takes ages to reach the customer care. It is time for them to upgrade fixing all these bugs and adopt the latest features provided by other portals to be competitive.
I opted for professional photography. They take professional photos on mobile phones. And when you try to change that pro photos, they disable editing. They enter wrong info on the ad and editing that is only through customer service. Their customer care is often busy for complaints, but the another care line to buy package is always open. This is the worst looting app ever made.
Ever since I paid for Prime membership, the app keeps acting weird. First it wouldn't load home page. Then I Uninstaller and installed again. The it didn't show me as prime member. I sent feedback. Got prime back, and again same issue - can't see anything on the app. When I try and contact an owner it asks for verification but no sms. And when done via whatsapp, it says phone number verified, but still doesn't show owner number. Don't waste money on this useless membership.
Useless app. Bought paid service(pro),review follows -Contacted owners just to find properties're already rented out. Informed Magicbricks. Even after this properties're shown as available -Majority of listing're highly priced. Confirmed this by comparing similar properties on other websites. -"Sort by rent" is only "high to low". Still low rent properties're shown only in the middle. Bottom listing're again highly priced -Good properties can't be contacted again -This is a scam. Avoid buying it
The phone app doesn't update the description of property, each time I try to update the price, the description gets reset. The locality of the property is listed wrong despite the property being on Google maps. Quality of listing is really poor, it only shows me the the details of people who have expressed interest but being an owner am I expected to call back everyone? Despite buying a package from them, I feel like I wasted my money. Might have been better to list somewhere else. Disappointed
The contacts I made, some are switched off, can't connect, won't pick up the call, wrong number, or rented out. Not a single contact I got to visit the property. Why are they even listed if property is not available? Is MB running a scam. I applied for membership through app, money got deducted but no membership, asked the agent for help, got another one, paid again with assurance that I'll get refund for first. now they are saying they won't refund for failed one as I hv utilised the package.
Very Bad Experience. Just to see a property it first forced me to download the app (as we can not see details on website) then to get the contact details it took ky number, email and all and then always stuck to the "please wait, fetching details" page forever. This app just takes data thats it... nothing more than a scam application.
One of the worst. Don't dowload. Will get so many junk email and calls from this company after you list your property. They will sent you false emails or messages saying someone has requested your property photos when no one has even seen your listing. No option to add or delete rooms after you list your property (if you have done it by mistake). You can't even block them once you register in the app. You will get junk emails and calls even after you delete your listing. You will regrate it.
Dear magicbricks, This is to inform you that I am having difficulty in clicking the photos to be verified. The previous version was user friendly for verification purpose. But current version for verification is not good as it doesn't cover all angel & it becomes difficult to cover all area of properties. Worst option if you are looking to rent. The contacts given in property listing are mostly not reachable. They do not remove the listings that's been rented out. The prime membership is completely useless. Magicbricks contacts you everyday until you take the membership. After you take the membership, no one will contact you. I had to call helpline multiple times everyday after taking membership. They kept promising they'll get back but no follow up after the call. They even blocked my number.
Worst app . I took the Gold membership.Which most of the time it doesn't even show . Lots of glitches and bugs all over the app. Doesn't allow me to see the messages from buyers or sellers . I hate this MagicBricks . I want my refund . It is of no use . One week into Gold membership. And the experience is not satisfactory.
Their premium service was not useful. They don't have properties that they show you before you take membership. Relationship manager does not do any help other than shortlisting few apartments from the app for you on the initial 1 or 2 days. They won't respond to your requests after a week or so. And most of the MB posts are by agents in Mumbai. So it's better to contact a local broker directly.
Wast of money. No use of prime membership. The relationship manager will call on 1st day, after that they never call, no one picks the call. Even the prime time add on with subscription is never activated. Its a total wast of money to get a prime membership plan. I tried it for 30 days in Bangalore. The recommendation are automated, yiu need to find the property yourself, no help from relationship manager and anyone else. They will call you 50 time before taking the membership, but 0 post that.
Worst app experience. I subscribed to their MB prime and it's just waste of money. I try clicking on a property in the app, it's asking me to subscribe again. Relationship manager took requirements and did not share any properties at all. And there's no way to talk to RM or their support team. You call the helpline and you're on hold forever.
Why would I even visit this app? After two house viewing, it asks to pay in order to see the pictures of the house. What a nonsense app is it? Atleast you should allow to look at the images, while contacting to owner you can go for some payment. Installed the app 2mins ago n now uninstalling it. Thank you for the worst experience Magicbricks!!
Worst application for sale of property...not at all user friendly..i purchased their expensive Titanium package and even after purchasing their Titanium package my add was not even visible for many days due to some technical issues......after the issue getting resolved i got very few responses.... And again the website would pop up for buying new packages.....worst application...very bad experience.👎..waste of money..... Its compatitors are far more user friendly...
Avoid at all costs! I purchased the prime membership and when i try to look for prime properties the app prompts you to buy another membership at a higher cost?? Support is terrible.You get limited attempts to contact owners and I failed to get the details of an owner and tried multiple times. Guess what? Each attempt was counted as a paid touch point!! And still haven't got the details!! All in all a terrible experience and i world like a refund ASAP
The worst experience on the app. i have subscribed for the basic plan on 25th April,I am receiving OTP but when i type it it says incorrect OTP. The user interface tests the patience of the user. There is no point using this app. The customer care doesn't call and they don't even have contact tab in the app. I would really like to know one person that has got a good experience on this app. Waste of time and money truly
Photos are not visible. User interface is also bed. I am switching to alternate option. My recommendations to all the users. Use other alternative options
Most horrible app. Please don't take any of their plans. Once they get the money they don't pick up calls or answer any messages. I am really disappointed by this app. I have taken the pro without contacting anyone they are showing already 3 contacted. They are thieves...Be careful of the people who call for helping. They are the crooks.
I would have rated it negative star if there were an option. It doesn't work. I opened the app and it was stuck on magicbricks logo for eternity. At first I thought it might be an internet issue. No, it wasn't. Internet was perfectly fine.I have really high speed internet. I cleared cache, reinstalled the app thinking it will solve the problem. To my surprise, nothing worked. One of the worst app. Really disappointed.
