Even after 3+ years this app not covering my exact locality. Rough price is about 65 lakh to 1cr yet they don't find it any worthy. The mentioned area price can be found easily without this app help.
Very bad app reinstalling again after thought giving try again after 3 years.

From the name it looks like an app which helps you to understand the market value of the property/land however it's not like that at all. This app is not showing the price as per valuation of the property but the prices which are set by builders, so you end up thinking that the price inflated by the builders is the real price and might end up paying much higher for the property then it really deserves. To it looks like just another app to sell properties of builders at higher price and help them make more money.
This is useless. To all my queries it returned with the result that it's not in the data base. I'm un-installing it.
Alot of details r missing, mnthly maintenence, pictures of the apartments, carpet area & super built up.
The valuation of the property seems realistic, however I am not very sure if your algorithm is based on adequate data. Could a provision to get buyers and sellers in this range to get connected.
Please upgrade it for Pune Market, many projects are not reflecting. But those which are, are having good references and accurate date. Well done.
ZERO. If possible minus zero. Pathetic interface. Even as a stellar I can't enter details. Options are given but cannot click on them. There is no page to enter property details as a seller. One star because cannot give negative rating.
