I've used the app for some time, but now it stopped working, I cannot make calls any more and it asks me to buy Premium, but I am a premium user already! The website mentioned in the contacts does not exist any more, the e-mail does not work. There is no support at all!
i want you to fix the problem, i cant login it says registration problem try again later. i have been trying to call now for a long time. i was charged and it does not work. pls fix it. help me fix the problem or reimburse me with the full payment.
Was very good for me but now to renew you have to pay for a device to allow access for calling. Had $20usd last me 3 years and now I have to get a device? I think not. AP uninstalled as of now. Thanks magica$$.
I used to love this service, but now when trying to reinstall the app, it will not connect to my account. Uninstalling this app and cancelling my subscription.

I purchased the unlimited US package but can't make.any calls it's saying to buy credits. Not a good app if everyone's complaining about the same thing. I didn't read the reviews before purchasing and now I wish I had. I'm very interested is knowing how to get my money back...no point paying for something I can't use and I have emailed the support team no answer as yet.
I would recommend you Never install this app. You can go for MagicJack. Worst app, paid money for this stupid app. There are many more similar app, use them instead of this. I am facing lots of problems with this application and everytime I email their support center, they are not responding back. I have wasted my money and would suggest you to not to go for this app. Mjconnect is only responsible for providing customer disappointment, they do not provide services and support. I am going for next application which I know is working very fine. Sorry MjConnect you have made a stupid app. you should be guilty for the same.
I downloaded this app to contact my family back in the states while stationed in Japan. Unfortunately I am forced to give it only one star because the app doesn't even allow me to purchase the US calling plan. For some reason the button on the page in the app is non functional. I used be a fun of this app ,but not anymore! I hated it because of the bad coustomer support. They never responded to my emails I paid $9.99 to get one year membership ,but when I changed my smartphone and tried to log in in my account I couldn't make any calls and I contacted the customer support ,but they didn't responded to me and today I also paid $9.99 and still couldn't get it to work now I will ask for a refund and I will never purchase anything thing from this app and I will delete it! It as a horrible experience.
Im actually pissed because when i change my phone to a new one. I can no longer access my old account. So i just decided to open a new account but lo and behold. I cannot purchase the 9.99 unli us call anymore. It doesnt allow me to access and its no longer available. I hate mj connect now. I use to love it so much
Paid the money for US calling and and a US number and it won't let me make any calls. Updated: After emailing customer service the issue was fixed but the app should make it clearer how to operate making international calls to avoid a need for contacting customer service. Now that I'm able to make calls it's a decent service and I appreciate the ability to contact my family in the states while living abroad for a reasonable price.
It seemed to work OK until I got a new phone. I installed the App on my new phone, linking it through my google account. My phone shows up on the list as being with my account but I am not able to make calls from any of my devices now. I paid for a number and can't use it now. I tried to contact magicJack by phone and email on Aug. 25, and haven't got a response yet. Terrible customer support, I RECOMMEND NOT GETTING THIS APP until they get their support working right. Not much point in paying for something you can't use.
A great app! Easy to use, and it's wonderful having a US number for others to call me while I'm forward deployed in Japan. I had issues initially before customer service contacted me and explained the operation. For users on the US calling plan, make sure you input the +1 prior to putting on your us number you're trying to call.
Hi Team, Since you are responding back to the reviews, I have recently downloaded the app from the play store and took a subscription for making Unlimited US phone calls along with a US Phone number. However,I am not able to make any calls to the US numbers. Can you please look into the technical issues at your end and make sure the issue is solved at the earliest.
They take your money but cut you off after 6 months After support fixed things I am very happy again. Thank you. Once again they took my money and I can't use the app to make calls. There are other apps that do the same thing these days so I would advise to use them.
Bought the unlimited US calling pland cant make any calls. Please get a fix for me and will update the review. Wasted money when other apps are more effective. This was recommended by a friend. Update. Tech support contacted me and helped me fix the issue. Thanks for the promt follow up, made first call tonstate side number.
Hi Team,I just subscribed to Unlimited US Call Planning. However i am not able to make calls to any of the US numbers and its creating a lot of problem and inconvenience. Can you please look over the issue and resolve at the earliest.
First, let me say that I'll be happy to edit my review once this issue is addressed so I can use the app. I've already emailed support. Installed the app and ran it. It will not allow me to purchase the service I need: US unlimited calling. I wanted to use this app in my business to protect my personal cell number.
When the app worked, it worked ok. It solved a big problem for me while traveling abroad. However it disconnected pretty often. Recently it stopped dialing. When I try to dial it fails and gives me a message that says "Premium Upgrade". When I click continue, it says the calling plan has already been "Purchased" and will not let me continue. I verified that my billing info is correct. However the problem persists. This app does not have any customer support. So now I am a foreign country with no way to call home. Yesterday was Thanksgiving! Support has ignored my requests. Ive already paid for this app, but Im forced to explore other options and pay their completion. I dont know how this company stays in business. I will be canceling my subscription.
Every so often the app malfunctions. This has been going on for months now. It drops calls after about 10-15 seconds and then the person on the other line hears me like I'm distant. It was a great app for about 2 years and now I have to uninstall and re-install to get it working right again. Something has to be done to give a quality call without all the hassle.
