magicJack for BUSINESS

We started using this service not to long ago. It's great. A little finiky sometimes. Just wanted to ask a couple of questions. A) why can't we hear the voicemails through bluetooth? B) when listening to voicemails, is there a way we can rewind or fast forward them or have the ability to control where we can start or stop them like most voicemail calls? C) when we get a notification on our phones, we can see the person's name that left the voicemail, but not when we look at the vmail

After having for 1 year for business. Can be sitting at desk and their desk phone rings but not in my app at same time when its supposed to. Would miss calls since it never rang.? You can't text images thru the app only call n text. When you were on phone it was always choppy since it depends on internet ONLY, so had to have wifi or strong signal. Try to quit less than year they will charge you the desk phone. I was porting # out to ATT and having issues & if I'd call again $25 bucks charge!

I have had my home based business now for 30 years and I've been using MJB since it launched it in 2017. They have had a couple of minor glitches with only the app along the way but since the new update on July 1, 2020 it works great! I have a MJB desk phone and the app on my smart phone. I like the music on hold and the easy to use conference call feature on the desk phone. I can also block numbers using my online account that I don't want calling me again like spam calls. It really is the best deal I've ever found for anyone in a small or home based business!

Been a customer since 2008 with the home service now have the business service for my business and for $35 a month I get two numbers one an auto assistant the other a direct line with great forwarding features and a soft phone that works great with my Plantronics headset. You can even send sms but no MMS but that is the last thing on my mind. The auto attendant is freaking awesome, the physical phones though limited are great.

Is nice to have this service with being able to use two cell phones. But I have had issues where sometimes I don't receive all my calls or messages. Sometimes the service is not all that good. For a small business starting off is good then later on definitely getting a better service.

I love that I can have a separate work phone number for my cell phone and still call people and receive texts. The clarity and lack of lag time is fantastic! You should really consider this app.

All all text messages were lost after my my phone had a software update. I called customer service and was told that there is no way to recover any of the text messages. Strongly recommend finding a different provider.

I am quite satisfied with this magicJack for Business App. I would highly recommend this product. I like it's various functions, and its expandability to include toll-free numbers etc

This is a very convenient app. My only problem is when you're on a phone call on your regular phones it tends to interject and cut it off which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars.

incredible tool for business! i can call and TEXT from my cell phone while protecting the privacy of my personal cell number. The tool lets me manage the mJb line, call from my mJb number, TEXT from my mJb number and even see my FULL call history for my mJb line. My only gripe is that i can't copy a number from the log or paste a number to the dialer. otherwise it would get 5 stars.

When it connects properly it is great, but other times where it is a bad connection even over WI-FI where it frustrates my clients.

This company is shady read there terms of service they make it so everything is about there greed. They have the worst cust. service ever they will keep your cred or debit card on file and make reoccurring charges and not been tell you. Then they make it very hard to cancel service.

Finally implement the add caller to contacts button that's just been there for ever. I hope to see more updates in the future ive been a magic Jack customer since 07 or 08

only issue with app is you can't change the message from app. let than that, works as described.

So, far so good. I have not been able to connect phone in office. But, thank god I'm able to transfer calls to my cell phone. That's a plus

It needs a lot of work. It will allow calls to come in over another call and has a lot of bugs.

Does not sync VM to the phone. Sms notifications are terrible

Good call quality. Like text features.

Love this app able to be professional as a small business owner .. the calls are clear and didn't dropped this is so important

If app is for only pre-existing customers, you should clearly state that. I installed app, opened it to sign up but cannot! I get option only to sign in. So I cannot create an account with this app after installation!
