After selecting the connection, through the application, searching for local music, selecting to play, you can read the music playing rhythm and control the color change of the lamp;
Support mode control, such as blinking, breathing, etc. fixed mode;
Supports control of the brightness and color of the light according to the color wheel provided by the APP, and selection of commonly used colors for control;
Supports control based on the sound rhythm collected by the microphone;
Supports detecting the color change of the vibration control light of the mobile phone;

The app has great features, but it can be improved. 1) The music to connect to spotify or other players. 2) The lights to go with the beat when music is playing from the app. It does not currently. It just changes color regardless of how fast/slow the song is. 3) The mic option is great on the app which makes the lights to go with the beats. However, they keep changing color which gets really annoying. It would be great if it had the option to stick to one color for the mic option.
Product as a whole is fine. It's fun for my 10 year old. We have them going around the border of the back side of his TV. So behind his TV looks awesome. It's a fun product. The remote is fine too. My son is very responsible with it, so it's generally in one spot, always. I find the app just okay. When it works, it's great. But when it doesn't want to connect, Bluetooth, to the lights, it can get pretty frustrating. I would recommend, for sure. But the app is so unreliable & inconsistent.
The Bluetooth works which is a relief and I like the microphone too(I use this instead of the music feature). The rest of the app could be improved, music feature doesn't work for me. Can you guys also add in a timer (if u do this will be a 5 star app👌) , so it turns on at some parts of the day (like when you awake). That will be really neat. Decent app, has a lot of potential.
It was pretty good and they fixed the only bug I have encountered. The music mode is very lackluster and I can not wait for spotify support to be integrated. But the main reason I made this 4 stars and not 5 was the simple fact that there is no Google Home or Amazon Alexa integration. It would be a brilliant feature to have and I would highly enjoy having it as I would be able to have them turn on the lights as soon as I enter my room as opposed to finding the remote and turning them on.
Great that i can just use this app to control the lights, but it seems there's some bug. After not using the app for a while, the lights won't respond, so i have to delete then reinstall for it to work again. Sometimes it happens after a few days, other times it only lasts a few hours til i have to do this process. Also the mic and music modes are barely usable. Music mode is too sensitive, and mic mode is not sensitive enough at times.
It was working, but I'm not sure if the update altered the app, but now I can't close it. It wastes battery and I have to u install to close it. If I reinstall it takes a while to connect my lights. Real bummer. RE: Sometimes it doesn't work with the app is my point. There is no other app that works with these lights so that is a huge inconvenience.
I recently got some led lights and decided to download the app. This app is great and gives you more options than you'd have on a remote. That being said, the app itself has issues. Having the app set to mic and switching apps seems to turn them off after about a minute or 2. It crashes pretty frequently for me and the battery consumption is pretty bad (15% in 30ish mins on a note10+). An option for lights to turn on or off at certain times would be great addition as well
App is actually useful if you don't have your controller. Would give 5 star if I could create my gradient and have the option of more than 2 colors. Red is just a color that I find too intense and hate it when it comes by but the few gradient options we've got are boring. I really don't see why we can't create gradient pattern. 5 stars when it'll be there!
I was able to dim the lights with previous software versions. After the upgrade, this feature does not work anymore. I wish I kept the old version. Everything else works when sometimes and othertimes cannot even connect to the Bluetooth. If I could return the stripe I would. So frustrating. If they fix it they will get their stars back
It's a decent app + lights. I use the Mic option for the lights to colour change to the music which is better for me than using my personal music. The app could do with more lighting styles and definitely needs to be able to connect to Spotify. The light beating could be better, if it could only beat to aspects of the music (like the beat of the song) rather than the lyrics or all the noises in the music, it would make this perfect. It's a pretty good app with pretty good bright lights.
Great lights, connected very easily to phone. I can control multiple sets of lights just through the app alone, which is a very big pro to this product. The music function isn't the best due to not having much music in my phone's actual storage. Would be great if you could use Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, etc. I would highly suggest the app creator enable music streaming platforms for the music option. If that were available this easily would have been a 5 star review.
Ever since the latest update it doesn't work as smoothly. You can select a colour on the wheel and your LED lights can come up a different colour. And I have 2 sets of lights but one won't go into night mode when I click it anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but there was no fix. Currently trying to find another app rhat works more efficiently.
App works "ok". The ability to pick your color on the color wheel is kinda cool. But I wanted to use the music setting, to go along with songs I can was playing. It "works" in that it reacts to any audio. But it reacts to EVERY noise, thus creating an effect that just makes the LEDs go crazy and isn't on any distinct rhythm at all.
RGB control is great and works fine. However it makes me sad that the music sync function hasn't had much work into it. It largely just flashes random colours depending on music volume and doesn't have much in the way of custom colours per tone of the beat or even a colour per major note played. 5 stars if an update puts more effort into music sync.
Please fix the bug!! I was using the app just fine and it worked well initially (other than the music mode not being compatible with apps like spotify) but now the app does not recognize the device, it's completely disappeared and does not show up nor do any commands in-app change the lights in any way. I feel very jipped that I got to use these awesome looking lights only a handful of times before the app quit on me :( :/
The colour selection wheel does not work properly after the last update. I cannot select the correct colours, and most colours are missing. The custom colour feature is a really useful addition. However, it would be nice if custom colours could be deleted. I hope this can be added in the future.
RGB lights work perfect just a little problems with the app. The colour wheel is misaligned, for example, when i move it to yellow the lights turn green, moving it to cyan turns it dark blue. The custom colour is the same situation for the colour wheel. The colour strobe is bugged where when it flashes at a slower rate it has these pauses in them, however if i move it to max speed it works fine. The music is disappointing. Giving 5 stars because im mainly using the RGB and that aint broken.
This is a phenomenal app considering the price of the app and the lights. The color wheel is amazing. It connected right up automatically. Minus 2 stars though because after about a minute the lights got stuck on 1 color and won't change by app control. 3 stars for 1 minute of use is generous but it was that good.
Features I want: - Spotify integration - color value (e.g. hex) input in addition to selector wheel - Night mode should remember the setting from before it was pressed. Double-pressing should reset the brightness to its original value - less battery consumption! - the UX/UI is a bit awkward. Inconsistent letter capitalization, weird choices of fragments - run only when the app is in focus (not in the background) - explain sport mode??
I'll give this a 3, almost a 4. Bought two sets of lights for my kids room, the one set it connects to works fine. Really like the different functions, fade, colour control, strobe etc. If I could get both sets to work I'll change to a 4. To get a 5 it'll need to be able to work with Spotify without using the mic.
This app works as intended, however, I believe there is room for improvement. The music option is not ideal, and it would be preferable to have connectivity between apps. I also wonder if there is a possibility for more creative liberties for the user, for example, when there is the "fade" option between two colours, it would be nice if we could choose our own colours to fade between. I just see lots of places there could be adjustments to improve how the user is able to customize the device to suit the space.
