I didn't realize I had to pay 4.99 a month to have videos saved onto the cloud. Because of the cheap price I went ahead and did that but was unable to access the video footage. Unfortunatly the company only speaks German, and there is no custimer service # so the only way to communicate is via email, and when they responded it was in German. Plus My camera's every now and then just stopped working so I have to reset them up all the time and now there is no way to set them up again. Out $$$🤬

What happened? I bought my cameras last year, hooked it up to the app and everything was working perfectly. I got a new phone (Android 10) and I can't see my individual cameras. I can see them on split screen, but theres a 5 sec lag. Why hasn't there been an update?? I had absolutely no problems and even recommended these to other people, but I stopped because the app doesn't work properly.

The app notifies every time something moves. Sensibility can be changed, still it reacts often to the insects that fly around attracted by the infrared Light at night. We would have given the app 4 or even 5 Stars but the biggest issue is: you need to pay a lot for monthly service to have access the records.. it could at least offer some fotos of the records for free like other companies do. Please notify us if that changes. We will use now products of pearl with the "elesion" app instead.

The app is utterly useless if you change your phone or your broadband because it will not let you update anything. If you try it keeps telling you to input your username, and when you do it tells you its incorrect . Trying to converse with supra space is no good either because all you get is an email back in German confirming receipt of your email and saying your problem will be looked at as soon as possible..Nothing else happens . The camera on the other hand when it was working was excellent . Good clear images and the night vision was good also. Just a pity it has to be let down by a totally useless app . The telephone no' given in the website does not work either. so customer service is non existent as you cannot talk to anyone. .

The app itself is great. The cameras are good also. I have a problem however adding cameras when not on the same network. I can put all the settings into the add camera form, but no matter what i put un, the tick button to apply does not light up for me to save the new camera. For it to work, i must be on my wifi network, and must enter a local ip for tick icon to appear and let me save the camera. only after that can i edit the saved camera setting and set up the external IP address manually.

Horrible. Will not save settings. I have 2 cameras. Worked till app was updated. I've even gone thru ip setup to get around app and still won't connect to wifi. Settings always don't save. Garbage. Past return time at Aldi. Save yourself the trouble and throw it away. If I could give negative stars I would. Customer service is non existent.

This app works really well with the Aldi camera's. my only problem is with the newer camera's (250HDC) is that they can't handle a minor power glitch. than you have to reset them. the older (20c) doesn't have this problem. I don't use Wi-fi. In a wired network this app and the cloud are always stable.

Works extremely well. Waiting to see if any changes come about with the ownership change. UPDATE,. I had to get a new phone, this app for me would not set up a camera for me, I had to go back to an older phone to do it. The problem might be my new MOTOROLA Z4 . After setup I can still use the app for its intended purpose.

This app does nothing except go off continually. The picture will show but the time is incorrect. I check to see if person is ok and can't because there is either an error retrieving information, or the pic is there but it is from 2 hrs ago. It is NOT SAFE especially when taking care of someone. NOT RELIABLE!!!!

sometimes there is a short lag for the app to connect to the video camera. the picture is great (720p) I'm satisfied with the set up Almost a year later and it always delivers a clear picture. Easy to use app.

So far not impressed. I might maybe possibly change my mind. Edit #1: Still not impressed, in fact I have lowered my review to one star. This is because I set up the camera, went through the connection steps and get an error message every time. I've called the service number twice; the first person I talked to helped me, the second person had not one clue. I sent her a copy of the error message and she told me someone would call me in a "day or two," and I've heard nothing. So far no one has changed my mind. To me, it's a $50 piece of junk.

Garbage! Company appears to provide zero customer service. App has not been updated in almost a year. No longer functions with Pixel 2 and Android 10. Email responses from company are in German and only state that they'll look into it. Aldi will probably be selling these cameras again. Skip this purchase because the app won't allow you to see the camera view. Makes a good refrigerator magnet.

When the camera is working, it's an excellent camera. But it is constantly going offline every day or two, and I have to repeatedly unplug it and then plug it back in to reset it. I'm not sure why that is or how to go about fixing it. I have the fastest Wi-Fi I can get without any issues, so I don't think that is the problem

I don't know if it's the app or the cameras. Only one of three have been able to link up. The one that does, occasionally quits sending notifications when motion occurs. I am rather disappointed.

Had to replace my mobile phone and the username and password recovery isn't functioning.. No amount of trying to send an email is working, and trying to use the email address to login isn't working either. The only option provided is an international phone number.

Not responsive, camera usually undetectable even when it's showing online in desktop browser. Controls get stuck and screen freezes. Very bad quality.

The app is okay, although we have some problems getting a correct 720p output from one of the two cameras (the green of the lawn goes into "psychedelic mode" on the lower 80% of the picture).

Never saves settings, continually have issues with accessing video from memory card, app continually locking up and freezing. Not been a good experience with camera or app

deserves no stars at all. Will not connect over wifi to the camera to set it up. Complete and utter Garbage. Also if you delete the app and reinstall in an effort to fix the problem, it will no longer let you log into the app. Look elsewhere JUNK JUNK JUNK

Been using this app for a long time without any issues but checked it today and all three cameras are showing offline, I can connect to them directly so they are not offline but I can't connect via the app. Has there been an update?

So far so good. Had problems making it work, it took awhile but I made it work. good camera for that price. Few seconds lag on it but its fine, i think it's got something to do with the wifi.

DO NOT BUY. Any image setting require firmware update which fails instantly. Cannot flip the image. Strict username and pw requirements. App supports only live view. FTP, Motion sensing, not supported.

It randomly disconnects so when you want to see or to check an event trigger you can't. Your response assumes that I'm not at home. Just to be clear I'm at home using my own wifi. Same Ase the camera. Regards Das

getting help was a pain.we figured it out though. loss power Camara doesn't reset . now i go through the process all over. an at night they do not work in windows. new camera right out of package.
