When I purchased my DVR I was looking forward to being able to download saved shows to my Android phone. However, this app does not allow storage to my SD card. Since the internal storage on my phone is quite limited I am unable to use that feature. Seems like a very simple addition to this app would make it much more flexible. I'd imagine more users would be more likely to upgrade to the "unlimited" version as well.

The directions are very poor. Under the network settings you need to pick "USE". I connected to my router 3 times before it "stayed" comnected. Same with changing the device name, very frustrating.

Customer service is worthless. No help at all. App is not as useful as it was previously. Now no controls for pausing, FF & Rewind on my Samsung Galaxy S8. I was able to do that with a previous version. What happened ? Even on lower picture quality settings poor playback and buffering from DVR as server on Sony blu-ray player.

The app won't do itself it would let me go to my DVD player and input a DVD player in it so it really pissed me off

Like another reviewer stated this app is limited in its usefulness because you are not able to download your recorded content to the sd card...wish I would have known this before I paid for the pro version! Otherwise it is a good app...this slight modification would make it a great app

Worked the first time but now streaming tv keeps buffering. This is the only device in the house with a streaming problem. Hope there is a fix.... Changing the resolution does not fix it. Also not able to download to phones or tablets. Hooked up to cabled network and it streams tv and recorded great.

An ok APP. But doesn't handle viewing of DVD's??? Starting to see system re-booting on the first and second attemtp to play recorded shows as well. Maybe with some tweak this can do as I hoped and allow the box to be placed in another room to enable a cleaner stand in the main room.
