Magnifying Glass
- it magnifies what one is looking at through the camera. This simple Magnifying Glass will magnify anything you want just launch it and point at the item. It now will freeze the item you are viewing.If you have a camera or tablet and it does not have a flash on it then the light on the application will not work.A Mirror option has been added for anyone needing a quick mirror to check out makeup or just admire yourself using the front camera of your phone. Hope you like the new mirror if you have a front camera.

Great app, no ads, does the job. 4.8 stars though because the app forces landscape mode and in my experience handling the phone with one hand with the thing being viewed in the other is better done in portrait mode. Will happily update to 5 stars once this usability issue is fixed.

It does not do anything. It asks for access to the camera and if i click OK it says , no camera app then black screen only.
This is the best magnifying glass out there. The other ones just are full of adds and do not even work
It tries to focus but can't. I need it to read fine print, but it failed miserably. And the flash goes off constantly. But there are no ads, so that's a plus.

Two BIG reasons to get this App: What DOES do. And what it DOES NOT do. 1. It is a really fantastic and easy to use magnifier. Perfect actually. 2. It does NOT ask for ANY permissions other than the camera lens. Perfect.
Only version I could find that does not ask for full network access or some other nonsense. 5 stars if it had button to turn light on and off.
Best Free without ads. Only asks for Camera access. Light can be turned off and stay off. Lense can be switched to magnify your face. Nice, simple, well done.
The app is quite useful and works fine on Nexus 5. However on Nexus 5x the picture is rotated 180 degrees and is unusable. Same version of Android (6.0.1) on both. Please fix!
Seems like one of the best magnifiers, but unfortunately it does not seem to work on my phone. The controls on the right do not show including the button for the settings drop-down. Still, worth a trying to see if you have better luck.
I give a 4 star becuase when u stand far away and zoom in it is blurry! It's not nice if the app is going like this!!and only it is good if u stand closely to something and when u want to zoom in it is not blurry!

Great does what it says and no ads. I have tried this and other magnifiers on various phones. It is important to have a reasonable camera, because if you have a big screen but a low resolution fixed focus camera it will blur if you get too close or up the magnification too high. It does allow you to zoom the magnification. It has a freeze feature, i. e. It takes a snapshot handy in a confined space or if you wish to record what is seen. Assuming your hav a led it may illuminate the target.
