This is one of the better Magnifying Apps I have used. Depending how close you need it to be it does make the picture have more clarity to it. Perfect for just about any use.
I just changed the rating from 4 to 5! The more I played with all the reason ures,the better it gets,and from ehat I've seen and read, they have other upgrades, if you have extra money to throw at it, At first the app didn't seem to be All that great, but they added onto their features and made it better, looking forward to seeing improve even more
Nicely Done Magnifier! Picture is clear and well focused for near and fair views-most likely depends on your phone's camera hardware. It does have start up options to have the flashlight on or off when you start the app.
It is no longer a problem finding the perfect angle to get the right light to shine on the stamp on a ring or necklace or anything, if you wanna see something clear and perfect, download this app, it is a life changing moment at its first use, EPIC APP!!!!!!!

Nice app for those hard to get macro shots. You'll need a calm hand and still subjects for this app's pictures...great detail and sharpness.

Great app! I've used it on a lot of situations, but the best use was one I hadn't anticipated: Sometimes I need to look now whether a container of food is expired. Those stamps are often so faint and tiny that they're impossible to read UNLESS I use this app, which displays them clear as day. It's small and efficient and, while it does have ads, for the most part not very intrusive. It's on my list of apps to load on every new phone.
Nice basic magnification for free. I'm not sure about the paid options if there is any. And my phones flashlight doesn't shine where I need it to help with my camera, so that's no help to me, but I sure wish it was. That's my phone problem though. Also the ads aren't bad but I might consider paying to remove. As I use app often to look at coins and the dates on coins as hobby. I may look into the features soon. I've only used the basic magnification, but I'm glad to have the app.Best I've used!
Easy to use app and handy as... great for using the magnifying capabilities of the camera, for splinter removal and electronics work... and much more. Used a lot and havent found anything better.
I'm giving 4 stars because I'm still searching for a magnifying 🔍 app that can get close enough to what I'm looking at without getting blurry. I've spent so much money in search of an app that is actually capable of doing that. I'm looking at very tiny insects but, none of these apps are capable enough so that you can see the details without getting blurry. It's very frustrating. If someone reads this review and knows of an app that might be what I'm looking for, please let me know.
Update 3.6.22 Says camera being used by another app. 2 hrs after using. Paid version. This used to be good.but if I move the phone at all, the light goes off and it goes dark. I've written the developer and they say oh well too bad. Paid version no less.
I DON'T HAVE TO GO BUY ONE FROM THE STORE NOW. I CAN JUST USE MY PHONE AND IT'S JUST A CLICK AWAY. I WANT TO LOSE IT. BEST APP EVER.
On the plus side, this app makes it really easy to magnify and enhance things, like menus in dark restaurants. It's nice being able to turn the flashlight on and off as needed right from the magnifier screen. On the minus side, it's not at all clear what some of the controls and modes do; a good example is "crystal clear mode", which produces no change that I can see whether it's on or off. The display aspect ratio is off, making it rather disconcerting to look at faces.
This is great! I have no idea how they do it, but this app adds a macro lens to my phone. I can use it to see fine details better, but can also do macro photography of ANYTHING! I was concerned about jitter and holding it still enough, but that rarely is a problem - especially with flash. It opens a whole new world of photography. Only downside are the ads.
Best I have found I have tried a number and for my use this is best. The magnification adjustment is a slider up and down right hand side of the screen. Since I have a book style cover I can adjust with the same hand holding the phone. The light can be set to turn on automatically when the app is opened and the camera is reversible so you don't need a flashlight app and a mirror app saving hard drive space.
Amazing for reading tiny lettering and getting slivers out! I wear eye glasses and still have trouble with the tiny lettering on packages/bottles. I mean, how small can they go?! LOL. This app is awesome for that, super quick to open, easy to use, has a light as soon as it opens. Beware of ads, but it hasn't been an issue.
I very much like this app but the photos taken are very hard to find. Suggest an update which contains a link within settings menu so photos can be copied, moved or shared. I have searched for the photos and can't locate them on internal or sd card storage which is frustrating. In addition, your Youtube videos were not useful at all. I will update to 5 stars as soon as the link to the photo gallery is added to the settings menu. Other than that this is an excellent app.
Extremely difficult to use. Needed a magnifier. This one was not good. I couldn't use it at all. It would not keep focus. Hurt my eyes. ■■ UPDATE! ■■ ● Developers, I don't know what y'all did but this app now works great! In spite of not being able to unlock any of the premiums because I keep getting the error message "no ad videos available at this time". That's a bit frustrating. But, overall, this is a very useful & fully functional free magnifier/ flashlight app. ●
Works great. I've had to use this a lot in grocery stores for reading tiny print. The default settings are very good (at least for my eyes). Occasionally, it pops up an ad on load though, which is very annoying, especially when ads are already in the main screen already. But hard to complain for such a useful app.
