should have updated this sooner. the issue I reported was fixed and after using this for a few months I can safely see this is the most well planned and balanced app for lottery scanning in Malaysia. good work guys!

I'm really sorry to say this new apps most worst than old version..hard to connect and lost connection with server always..wait for 30 minutes after the draw rolled out ..😑😑😑

App became worse after changing its name to MyMagnum 4D. Updates didn't help. Only prompted error messages, "We're sorry. There is an unexpected issue occurred. Please try again later". Overall, a hopeless, bad lousy app. Just when will they resolve their so-called technical glitches??? which have been there for a long long time already.. it is already CNY eve. They should have stuck to the old format, which was much much better. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Latest ver update is terrible. App loads forever and then pops up server error. Retry multiple times and will still fail. Also, draw results are late, usually comes in only the next day unlike previously where the results are updated instantaneous and fast. Seems like the company tried to jam in too many function into one app without properly setting up the servers and backup systems

The previous version app was way better and user friendly. This new version is useless, always data error and the scan does not work properly. What are you people doing???

The scan function is not even functioning at all. Truly a dissapointment. The old app before upgrade is fast. Deleted and reinstalled but still not usable. Shame for like a companu like Magnum to introduce things and expect customer to inform them the problems. Should have done some testing first.

This new version app even more worse than old one...keep on prompt can not connect to server. Slow reapond. If still have so much problems and not fully tested all function why so hurry to launch ? Didn't feel new and any excitement of the change 👎

Ths is the latest update on 22 Jan 2022.This lousy app is still having problem showing results during and after the draw results are announced. Always unable to connect to network in this new app even with my Unifi WIFI. Hence from 2 stars to 1 star.

After new update... 1. App takes too long to open. 2. App unable to open. 3. App layout too fancy but not user friendly. 4. Previous version is far better with simplify UI and faster navigation. Older version is already perfect and far better than is new updated version.

The scan ticket only work if you place your phone horizontal instead of vertical position. when you scan the magnum life, it does not show the winning number (highlighted in red) like the previous apps.

Can we revert to the older app... This is not working as it is used to and as it is intended to. Many issues and bugs.. Don't trust the scan feature anymore as well.

What kind of upgrade is this? Should call it downgrade, from good to worse (not even qualify a bad). Keep saying unable to connect to server. Very unstable ticket scanning function that made me doesn't trust your app at all. Ask your app Dev & QA team to do their work not just dream of becoming a millionaire.

Losuy update to the latest version. Previous version allow both QR code and barcode scan. Now, only QR code allowed. The scanning of QR code is so so so slow. On the other hand, checking winning tickets by scanning bar code is so fast and pain free. Pls rectify this

After upgrade to the new app.. So many issues and irritating: - the app always auto launch by itself - always say "network issue" when scanning the ticket - slow loading (I'm on Time's fibre network)

forever loading， just open then starting loading and loading， I'm not sure is loading or just stuck at there coz not show any loading bar

Originally a good apps. Since upgrade, now a user can login for nothing. The app just hang most of the time when running. Very poor quality app.

Bought 6 draws starting 6th Mar. I could not scan any of the tickets drawn or otherwise, even though it could scan tickets dated 20th Feb. I suspect the outlet printers isn't firing all the pins. Please instill a SOP for all your outlets to precheck printers before opening business. The app is pretty much useless now.

Apps scanner used to work but now doesnt seem to work. I deleted apps and re-installed but still cant work. Bit irritated

Easy use, can scan direct did I win, 1page viewing results.

I still prefer the old version, when results more clear, this one design is nice, but just like a website, more important is to check winning results not for info...

Can you change to the old apps again, that is more friendly to use. Please

After update on the apps it become worst. Human are looking forward and do it better. But this gang of apps developer all sleeping and never test run the software before launch to market!!!

Recent update is causing the app not working. I cannot sign up membership too. Will uninstall app if no action taken by Magnum to fix the bugs.

After the latest update and name change, I realised the results for mlife won numbers are awful. Previously there was color difference to determine which numbers one won. Not a useful update imo.

Prefer Old version, fast and staright forward. This cant even scan the qrcode, its not scannig, ehats t purpos? Please fix it

before this apps, it was one of d best.. this new apps.. far far behimd magnum competitor MyTxTx.. web master, pls upgrade yr apps to enable us to scan magnum 4D ticket with no barcode more efficiently..

After updated with new app, the ticket scanning is so slow and not working.. please check the server and performance before rolling out the new app

magnum app old version is better than the new, for example when I scan qr magnum life, there will be a highlight on the correct number.
