horrible. can't connect between desktop and smartphone. i sent some btc from smartphone and it doesn't update on desktop and likewise. too risky. sending all my btc back to luno, hopefully it works. ... still pending. this is horrible

Been downloaded for a few days now, and it still has not gone past the original screen with the circle loading. I WOULD LI NJ E TO THINK THAT IT IS BECAUSE IT IS ACTUALLY SYNCING TO MY ACCOUNTS AND THAT US WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG. I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app so i missed my 17000 beldex coins. I tried back up but that is a old back up when i did in October 2019.. i don't know how to get back the current 17000 coins.. anyone knows or app developer can help?
