Signed up for a 7 day trial to see how good it was. Every single publication gave me the option to purchase or trial, and I'd click trial and it would say already subscribed to gold. If they fix this I'd be interested to try again as 9.99/mo seems like a good deal for a subscription! Edit Ended up subscribing directly through the website instead. Works pretty well. Looking forward to checking out the selection over the next week.

I installed this app and bought one year subscription. Money credited from my account. But when I checked app in my phone there shows that the subscription isn't done. I tried to contact customer care service. I send an email. But till now no response. I have a suggestion to app admins. Please provide better customer care service

downloads get corrupted, eg one download right now, is currently the cover ,page 112,113 then back to page 1, this generally gets fixed on a delete and download again but not always, downloads are slow 5-15 minutes for a one 200 page magazine, so preparing for plane trips needs to be well in advance I've bought a magazine , but it still always advertised gold The reading experience is pretty good

What a scam. First the app shows everything as read for free button but once you register it changes to a 'get access' paid button. Also, the apps usability and animations feel flimsy and unreliable otherwise it would have been a worth it option for the price.

Major magazines like outlook money, economist, Forbes India, the caravan, etc are either missing or asks for separate payment. Please bring them into gold subscription with their latest issue ASAP. Secondly, newspapers like times of India has only 3 editions in the app... Please do the needful

It's an amazing app which gives access to hundreds of magazines across genres. Wide variety, ease of navigation and reading makes this a great app for news magazines and more.

Good app for reading magazines and with one major improvement would be 5 stars. There needs to be a better way to identify which magazines one has finished reading or even started reading. You can't tell from your favourites screen what you've read so you have to click on each magazine to see if you've finished it. Or try and remember which ones you've read at the very least.

Quite comprehensive collection. Provides access to publications. The App needs to be more user friendly, in the sense that layouts need to be personalized. Some of the newspapers do not load on time in the morning. But on the whole an excellent value for money

3 star for the app and its purpose -1 for not being able to mark and highlight the contents -1 for not being able to use dictionary...... After one month usage- where are the April 2022 magazines app is not up-to-date with the magazines provided n so reduced to 2 star

App is good but the app is not available for Android TV. Please develop that functionality as it is not easy to access/ read magazines and newspapers on mobile or tablet.

Zooming in on pictures in some magazines greatly reduces the quality of the photos and sometimes some fuzziness around script. Not sure if it's device related. Overall a very nice app with loads of mags to choose from and a must have if you enjoy a wide variety of magazines and topics.

A great collection of magazines and newspapers. I would have really loved to continue subscribing beyond the free trail. However, much of the contents are not optimized for mobile and none of the articles have a text to speech feature for laptop website version.

False advertising. It says it is free on twitter on downloading found only 7 day trial is free otherwise per month subscription is needed.

The app needs significant usability improvements. You have good magazines in list. See how best you can improve user experience of reading it. Have an app thoroughly tested on Android & Apple tablets. If you cannot provide more user friendliness then allow us to download PDF of subscriptions we have. Adobe has much better user centric feature. You are trying to simulate paper on digital device - that is not making use of technology that is available.

I have a 01Yr Subscription. But I am unable to read a Single Newspaper or Magazine after recent app Update. Its showing Waiting for Download..

The app is extremely good and have been using it since 2016. However, I was unable to renew my subscription in Dec 2021 as payment was declined for some reason. Since then have been trying to fix the payment but getting error messages on play store. I have escalated to google but guess they don't care much. May finally have to stop using.

Re-subscribed after a year to the Gold. Many popular magazines and papers are still not in the collection. Downloaded features are not accessible without internet. And after paid re subscribing, the app has still not updated to my original settings. Family sharing is not updated. The app not opening. Uninstalling and re installing not helping either. Hence the star rating is downgraded. Any suggestions... Good thing I didn't go for 3 years subscription plan. Almost did. Maybe refund is in order.

Excellent collection from all the world covering every category I can imagine. Highly recommended.

As my subscription goes off, they revert me from gold to free membership. After emails to them for 3 months in a row, their technical department is unable to resolve the problem so that it does not reoccur.

When I see add in Instagram it was mentioned free of 7500 magazine for reading once I installed it's showing message that I have subscribe for monthly or early. It should be mentioned before. It's not fee. Please don't make people fool.

bought a magazine worth 10 rupees... And i got a message saying i have been charged 10....infact they withdrawn 80 rupees from my debit card wich is 8 time multiple the real price.... Whoever wish to install this app.... I recommend Beware of the same situation.... Gonna uninstall soon after i remove my card from this cr**p...i will have to blok my debit card as well for additional security Hello... Sent an email to your team signifying the issue... But no reply from the team as far as now

It just keeps on verifying number.. Couldn't even read a single article due to this verification even after deleting and installing the app multiple times!

The app is good to have by everyone however it does not have many local news paper of Andhra Pradesh such as Eenadu,Andhrajyothi and moreover the subscription doesn't have option of choosing Quartly payment and six month payment subscription due to which the app misses lot of subscription from users

Payed for gold and cannot access any gold. The app does not recognize that I already have a gold subscription. That's very frustrating.
