Hi, I am writing this review after using the latest version of app as of 1st September. First of all, i would like to complaint the most is about its connectivity. Its taking too much time to connect even with the fastest internet on the earth. Sometimes it doesn't load and sometimes it gives error. This is just about loading. There is more. When i try to download account statement it suddenly crashes down. This is happening continuosly. I am fed up of this app. Pure disappointment.

Each time app starts, Pop-up comes showing, Threat Detected and Screen lock is not enabled. This is very annoying. l don't want to screen lock my phone. There are many who don't prefer to lock their phones. Same thing applies to notifications, app safety and connection security. This is not absolutely essential. The previous version was stable and with user friendly interface. Is it possible to rollback to previous version ? Or else give the option to disable this in settings.

Works sometimes, but not reliable. The app is not very good. It is basically a desktop app which has been forced into a mobile app. The aspect ratios are completely off. Plus many times, I have had the issue of the app not being able to sign in and giving connection error. Strangely, if I just reset the app cache, then it starts working and hence dowa not seem like a connection issue. Also this happens only with the first main login using REL-ID. Once I am in the actual bank site, things work.

Focussed more on security than user friendly. Desktop app converted to mobile app. Immediately on opening Mahasecure with pin, the app says you are logged in. And whereas the user would not have logged into the actual banking app. Scanning for device threats goes on and on without opening the app. Of course, once you log on into the actual user application there is no problem.

After latest update internet Banking is not working properly and the account statement pdf download from mahasecure is not opening... There is many problems in mahasecure app... The old version of internet Banking is better than mahasecure....

Until a few days ago it was all ok. Too many passwords no doubt. But now the app just gives a blank screen after login. Have to uninstall and then start over again by reinstalling the app to do any transactions. What do we do in an emergency? Uninstall and Install the app or try transacting which does not happen. I use a Samsung S10 smartphone one of the best in the business. So what is the issue guys?

Very slow app. Signing in takes ages ! Can't rely on the app at all. Sometimes it doesn't even start after entering the login details. The phone has to be restarted as we can't stop the app from running in the background. The app doesn't even deserve 1 Star rating ! All ratings in Negative from me 👎

This is the most inefficient online banking App i have used so far. Everymonth the passwords needs to be changed and now I am unable to get to the dashboard view due to a connection error. Highly inconvenient for making transactions. Please fix all the loopholes and provide a better version that is more customer friendly.

The app is not opening in the new samsung S22 ultra. It is showing an error that the app is having a bug and it would clear only if the developer updates the app. The app in other phines also is giving trouble in opening. It is not opening in one attempt. We request you to please update the app accordingly so that there are no errors in transactions

Not working. I have installed the app as soon as I tried to login, it checked the necessary settings and ask for permission when I given it disappeared without showing any messages. For this issue I have sent number of emails to concerned department but no reply from the developer which is very disgusting. I think this app is worst compared to other bank's app.

OTP ID, OTP VALUE (Which is not received in days !) What the hell in the name of security. The bank has not been anywhere near other competitors in providing this simple service. You cannot make a recurring deposit online. No choice is given in adding names to CDR n so on ! Must go as web-based App. Doesn't serve when you are abroad.

Whenever I download statement it downloads with an semicolon suffixed to the extension (e.g. pdf; TXT; XLS;) If I try to open the file after removing semicolon, it gives an error saying file is corrupted. About a month back I called customer support and sent emails to concerned email ids but there has been no response at all till date. Yesterday I downloaded statment again and had same issue.

Horrible app. The new version does not download on multiple devices it seems. Very unfriendly customer care, they have lack of product knowledge. Im not able to transact because the new version is not getting downloaded and neither the old app is allowing to login. Pathetic app and pathetic interface. As a customer, I feel like leaving this bank. 0/10 for customer service.

Most hopeless banking app I have ever seen. Doesn't connect to server at all and keeps telling to check internet connection. Even if it connects by mistakes never goes beyond "checking device threats". It is worthwhile to physically go to the bank and do the transaction than wasting time on this app.

Poor usability, it feels like a mini web interface. You need to aim for a button or a field while accessing. Lot of cumulative layout shifts. So many passwords. I understand security is definitely a concern but there are measures to implement that rather than compelling users to enter passwords.

After updation, it has become difficult to access mahabank internet. After crossing all hurdles and entering mahasecure pin, it says your device cannot be registered. I have been trying to login since yesterday, but to no avail. I have contacted branch and at their advice, I have sent relevant screen shot also. I have also contacted toll free number. When Google app store is opened, it says already installed. When virtual key board is used, since the letters are jumping, I have to search for correct letters/digits, which takes time and then it says, app time has expired.

Best app in terms of security and latest features. They have focused more on security rather than easy to access. Customer may have faced multiple time ID locked issue, but now this issue is also resolved. You can reset your password any time using login menu enter your user id and then click on "Forgot Password".

Worst banking service ever seen. How the system can be set to ask security question for log in.? You can not login in system even though you have OTP and password with you and if have forget security question answer. Obsolutly not used friendly. Switching to other bank.

The facilities given in the app are age old with no improvements. It seems that the bank is living in primitive era and also wants its customers to live in same era. RBI had changed the timings of RTGS and NEFT a long ago , but still this app is stuck to age old timings. The app requires revolutionary transformation to cope up with current digital scenario

Worst UI ever. BOM must take lessons from HDFC/ICICI about how to make app more user friendly. There are many passwords you need to remember for every login. In the name of security you can't create the interface which is very difficult to execute even for the well educated person. BOM never has been customer oriented since last decade.

In the name of security, switch from normal browser based internet banking to this MahaSecure is "okay". But now this MahaSecure app is giving some server error while entering pin. It automatically takes in input after u type 4 keys but it returns error on first try and then just server error on subsequent try. It is getting annoying day by day. After reading reviews it looks like security with bugs. User experience is also a concern.

This app should be banned by google. Worst banking app ever came across. Nothing happens after you log in, what you get is just a blank screen. There is no way to refresh the page or reload it after sometime you automatically get session time out message. Such banking apps are real fraudsters and total waste of time.

2020 Comment: Finally I came to a conclusion that why this Bank was merging with other banks is ”to maintain this mobile App to fix the bugs”. 2019 Comment : I never seen such type app. My all credentials are correct to log in but it won't allow. I have used this since 4 years. The updated app not allowed to login. Complaint given over phone but it could not solved. They simply told that remov the carch files or reinstall the application, even though not worked out.

I am using Nokia 7 Plus With With Android Version 9. I did the necessary formalities at home branch to obtain log details further I am able to successfully log in to this app but once logged in it doesn't show anything it's completely blank even i am unable to log out. Notification for the app constantly showing on notification panel which also I failed to remove. Request to IT team developing this app to Kindly look in to the matter.

Wish to give this app less than 1 star or even minus rating. This is the worst and most hopeless app I have ever come across. None of the features are user friendly. UI is worst. You get instructions about entering data after you enter it. Then comes OTP part....again a disaster..if you enter from your phone keyboard it shows wrong entry...if you enter from provided keyboard in app then it accepts but there is no clear instructions to enter password or otp through their keyboard.
