We are unable to share our feedback. Each time we fill & click "Submit", it says to check network connection; inspite of connection being perfect. Also, we should be able to view bill completely including the Security Deposit paid by us. Additionally, the app should also show a summary of power consumption, payments done, security deposit paid in month on month basis.
There is a suggestion for change in name option. The documents are needed to be uploaded between 2kb to 300kb.Please change this range as it is not getting uploaded (PDF files in mb are hard to convert into kb as they lose quality).
Good app. Intuitive UI. Can manage multiple connections. Needs improvement in payment gateway UI and in resolving complaints. Can assign some customer relationship executive to address complaints. This will help those who has connections in different parts of the state. They won't have to travel to corresponding MSEB office.
You can register any number of connections on this app on yr name but after that there is no provision to delete a single one. You keep on getting messages for all through out your life. Ridiculous.
This app has improved a lot since I wrote my last comment in 2019. Now it works fine. It used to be a good app, but it now crashes everytime I try to make a payment or any other action. This problem is being faced since last 2 months.
Name change application done on 26th January 2021, as on date 06th March 2022 no application has been processed. Necessary application fees has also been payed. They need commission from agents to process. Made 2 to 3 times call on the helpline. I get an answer that your application will be processed in next 60 days window period from the complaint is done and ticket raised. So far more than a year now, no name change application is processed.
It is very good and useful. Within few minutes it is operated. Updated massege received promptly. Complaint registered quickly but stetus not communicate to complainant, so take care about the same.
Cannot take photo and submit reading It is difficult to make pyt.Tried number of times, message says"unable to process, try after some time".
Very Very wrong app, Detail bill with " current reading, privious reading, total units, all charges as per written on paper Bill," should be provided on view Bill . I hope you will take proper action.
Very helpful app. Would have been best if we could update the salutation i.e. Mr or Mrs in thr name section on the app as mine has been updated wrongly as Mr instead of Ms. Even after complaining several times and same not been updated!!
Extremely useful and helpful app. There should be a option to change the password too.
App was very good and convenient earlier. Since last few months it's having problem. While making bill payment it does not recognize the payment via bank website or UPI and remains on same screen and does not show payment receipt and payment confirmation we used to get earlier. After 10-20 minutes of closing the app if we go back and look for payment history it will show that payment is done.
Made complaint thrice regarding meter. It gets closed, but neither work is done, nor we get actual status how the complaint gets closed...where does the complaint goes, who work on that, who update the service request status without any solution. Rest features of app are fine. Payment feature works very much fine😀
While the app was good earlier. After the recent version update, the app has become unreliable. In the earlier version, when you used to make online payment, you used get payment receipt after successful payment which could be saved in your mobile. After the new version upgrade, payment receipt is not shown and the app shows the bill as not paid. Highly unreliable upgrade. Not expecting such kind of inefficiency for this app which was working fine earlier.
Everything is fine but not supporting during name change unable to update it. There should be provision for change in name in app
Application is excellent but there is no matching dedication shown by the Administration.e.g.the complaints are not attended.I have complained that my meter is not working,since two months,no body has bothered to replace it.
The app is useless the complaint option in there is really useless I had Registered complaints for more than 15 times and the issue in my area is still same there is still more than 8 hours of power failure and this government company is literally scam we pay for the service we never get we pay the bill but still don't get electricity it's literally a scam if this would have been a private company it would have been closed for fraud against consumer. Thank you

Yesterday(6/5/22)I received my bill,immediately I paid bill, and evening received my receipt of payment, I know my bill history,and other thing,at a click.Best application
Very often I have sent my readings and the bill comes no reading available?Why be digital if the MSEDCL.does not honor the meter reading and the photo.9
Earlier this app was good, now after changing city for new registration, errors are coming. After verification of mobile number & email, if we press submit button, it is again going for verification. It's a endless process
User friendly and very fast. Very easy to upload the reading, check the previous history of usage and payments.
Very good app and convenient. Yes complaint offline or online doesn't make difference. Get closed without resolution.
Since September I have raised ticket for burnt meter there is no work done ticket is still showing open since then I am getting faulty meter reading inaccurate bill reading where in I don't have that much consumption still I m getting huge amount bills could you improvise the application so someone might take a look and resolve my issue.
Useful to view details but meter reading capture mode having an issue. So it needs to be fix first.
Why the bill is not showing in this app. The previous reading and current reading is not showing. Only bill amount,Bill unit consumption showing.
Clearly, the institution is not paying attention to latest requirements of UI UX and ease of mobile transactions. Lot of lag in switching from one screen to another due to inactive buttons. The dashboard looks very cluttered with no option to check without clicking on them. Takes double the time to do simple transactions.
