I have updated the app. And every time when a question is move down or raise your finger upward in the screen its returns to previous question. In the programming of this app please could you ommit this function. Because for next and previous question their is already Keys in the app . Because of this wrong programming i even jumped backwards from one section to another. I couldn't even return to the previous one because their is a time limit for each section. So inquire the programmer !
Best app for practice and analysis of test but it has some minor issues that can be ignored . Minor issues : 1. It sometimes goes to previous page while scrolling upwards. 2. In bank exam if one session ends (suppose english) and you are in next session (suppose maths) if u mistakenly click to previous page then it will again start with the same english and you will again have to wait for 20min. 3. It takes little time to load next question. Other than these everything is good specially analysis
Pathetic! Everytime a pop up shows asking to update the app( even though the app is updated to the latest version ) which doesn't allow to use the app further. Hence the app is of no use after i have updated it to the newer version. The old version had the issue that didn't let it to load the solutions of speed test provided in pictorial form.
Far better than the previous one. But there are some problems which does not fix till now, like no send sms option in book mica section and the digital cotent foldder cosumed all the data withour playing any video or a video for just 10-15min😢😢. I request technical team to fix the problems as soon as possible....🙏🙏
Sometimes, the videos of VIDEO GURU from Digital Content section shows problems while loading. And while playing the subject topic videos, there is a option of "Download" , but after waiting 1 hour, I couldn't understand whether the video was downloaded or not and if downloaded, where did it go.
Very bad app. If you are going to pay for STs I won't recommend. App using images for fraction and that also not zoomable. Unable to see graph and other image based questions clearly. So, many bugs. I gave a test of 2hrs, after that my responses were not saved. All my time got wasted as I can't analyse my responses now. Many tests are not working in app. It's better to use other specialized apps for mock tests than wasting time and money here. Thank you.
For me the app is not showing anything after update. Before update it was very slow but alteast it was showing the pdfs, but now its just loading for long time and is just showing blank page. If there was a way to express star < 1 i would have definitely chosen that one.
The test interface is pathetic. Firstly, it is not mobile friendly. You cannot get the questions of DI and simplification properly. While giving test every now and then you have to touch the screen. And the worst is that while scrolling down the questions is moved back or froth.
Three things are missing. No 1- my rank out of how many numbers of students. No 2. - when I view my test solution there is missing for next quetion "sliding the screen"like scrool in PC. No 3 there is no bookmark option. without revision wastage of time.Otherwise the app develops enough.. I appreciate the app. Thank you.
takes a lot of time to load, so time consuming. while using this app it aumatically gets exist and need to log in again and again. This app has been live from so long but they haven't upgrded it and worked on it. I hope they will because if they want to move into digital learning then they have to maintain some standard of app
I have paid for the video + speed test combo offer. The required amount has been deducted from my account and also I have got a receipt with my id no. but when I go to open the video course and test paper it is showing that my package has expired. I have just bought the product how can it got expired. And when I treid to call the customer care it is not receiving any calls.
1. Please add an option to submit the test before time...so we can at least solve the whole paper if unable to give tests. 2. Everytime when scrolling, it tends to swipe..please check as it becomes difficult to give speed tests.
it takes ages to get started. once it has started, if you go into some other tab, that too goes on loading. please fix thix buggy app. the notification once dismissed keeps on coming back forever.
Its good application for test because mahendra provides many test with good quality of questions but still the app has to improve in some of the corners . Like its doesn't have to change language of test so its totally worth for hindi medium students. Or some time the timers get stop while giving tests , and some time test doesn't get open of showing error in test. These some places where the application need to be improve otherwise the application is best for giving tests .
earlier the app was running soomth n nice but since yesterday i have given 2 test in stportal and my responses were not saved so it wasted my time as i can't see my scores, and today i have tried to give mock test thrice but instead of the questions all i see is the feedback form how can i give fewdback when i have not given the test. and the app crashes a lot of times even when i m not running it, it blinks a message to my phone screen that the app has unfortunately stopped.. kindly do something
the contents of your app is good ..but every time i open the app it takas 2 3 minutes to load.. its ok if it takes time to load once but when i Try to go to another section inside the app it again takes 2 mints to load.. very disappointed with the user interface
Very poor experience. interface is very poor. Unnecessary frequent updates. Takes too much time to load, this wastes lot of time. In time bound tests one section is completely skipped.
I'm disappointed. Lots of bugs. Can't resume my tests. There are problems with the questions 😒. I mean this my coaching center and I thought it would be best to use this app. But it was disappointing. I'm switching to other app.
it is worse app ever i have seen .....it always shows app is stoped ...and i purchase test series and it doesn't give any detail solution and do not work properly when i take test it always shows error and stoped .... and they don't recv calls too. and my money went to waste...
poor app... it's taking a hell lot of time in opening and plus it always takes too much time in loading every thing in app.from viewing profile or going back to home(of app) or study material or anything in app..there are no videos available..and when i scan QR codes given on books saying that it will direct me to detailed video of that chapter instead it directs to your YouTube channel.. just poor
Horrible experience. Firstly I booked mica for june and received a message saying that it was booked for 26th june 2019. When I went to collect the same on the mentioned date, the manager said that they run out of mica usually by 15th of every month. They didn't even took the responsibility for app's fault. Secondly most imp, if this app is meant to be a mobile app then y doesn't it work on phones? Earlier I was able to attempt speed tests but now it shows glitches & redirects to test page.
It is running very hang, and automatically closed in the middle of speed test ,and whenever we open it ,it takes a lot of time to load the contents of the webpage,and it is very time consuming,please olve these isues as soon as possible you can to provide the great experience of this app to the students.
I'm a student of Mahendras and i know how they teach us. The teachers are exceptionally hardworking and helpful. The same experience is expected from this app too. Edit: After recent update i can't open the app as it asks for update while it's already up to date. Kindly fix this.
Never have I seen an app this disappointing image of the soutions is never visible the interface skips complete sections altogether and test is over well before the stipulated time, I feel the concerned authorities are dumb enough not to notice these issues.
loved the redesigned look of the application and the new stportal in the application. but still need some improvements. have some suggestions if possible to implement. - question number colour of attempted and wrong could be different then the un-attempted question number. - with the question having images like DI and some simplification the images should be enlarge at anytime. - a kind of swipe or a button for next question. - etc All the rest is great.
