MJ&F supports multiplayer through either Bluetooth(*1) or TCP(Intranet/Internet/Wifi/Hotspot(*2)), 2-player is supported in Free version.*1) Bluetooth game requires Android 2.1+.*2) Hosting a "Hotspot" game requires Android 2.2+.
MJ&F supports in-game auto save. So that you don't have to worry about losing your game state on a transportation rush.
What's more, it features a record logging system that records all of the Mahjong Hands you achieved during your day-to-day game-play.
Want others know you've won with a "Big Four Winds" Mahjong Hand? No problem! You can always use the Capture feature to take result screenshot and save it to the SD storage, or use the Share feature to submit the screenshot to your favorite social network.

I bought a book to learn Mahjong with new international rules then I downloaded this software to start training. It's perfect, with normal AI mode I used days to win tournaments and details on match points learnt me a lot on the right counting process. Two player mode for free is nice, something is to be exclusive for paid version. Proposal for enhancements a) to let player miss announce Hu due to insufficient hand value b) to have a "counting hand only" to use software on a side of a real game.
There is English language, rules and everything what need for newbies. Thank you. The BEST I have ever tried. My only complaining is the voice effects. I heard much better ones in other games. But anyway HATS OFF DEVELOPERS! WELL DONE JOB, a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED mahjong game. THANK YOU! :)
I love the game but it had a few bugs, like it crashes for some reason. If they would work out the bugs is buy the better version. Until it's fixed I'll stick with the free one. I'd love tho personalized the game a bit too, if that was possible.
Really full version of Mahjong. The english language makes it easier. And the possibility to play on bluetooth with a partner is a great add-on. If I may suggest something : the sound when throwing or picking a tile is a bit too much... could be smoother :)
This game allows you to get in touch with MCR rules. If you begin with thoses rules and want to improve, it's a nice game. But if you're a competitive player like me, this game has a bynvh of errors that make it really annoying. The AI is dumb, calls everything, making it less fun, and it's so easy to win that you might get bored fast.
Seriously, the single most annoying "rule" for an experienced player to come across. Requiring 6 points to win, when a pung of dragons and a minor pung makes the 6 on their own. I played this for ages on my old phone, never suffered at the hands of this. Now I've installed and come across this on my new phone, the app will be replaced by a better one. A shame, I really used to enjoy playing it
Finally a Hong Kong mahjong app. My only complaint is the game could be a lot smoother. Graphics aren't amazing but no big deal to me.
Great game, really authentic and not just a tile matching version. But lately the ads have started flashing really persistently so I stopped playing. I know it's free, so didn't mind the ads before.
Nice interface, I tried few other games, this is the most comfortable interface, no funny characters pops up.
Comprehensive, fun, a good way to get comfortable with MCR Mah Jong, really nice implementation, and enough in the free version to keep you entertained.
I see there was an update to fix the crashing but not for a galaxy s4. Grrrrr! Also game doesn't follow rules of who can pick up a chow. Game doesn't let you win when winning card comes out and you have enough points. Where are the updates?!
Learnt to play real mah jong as a child. Found this app and it's excellent. Just like the real thing but without the complicated points and doubles. I only wish it was also available for the iPhone. Will the best Mah jong game on android be available soon for iPhone? Is there something similar of not?

Played now for many hours, fun game, much closer to playing the actual tile game. Battery usage is low. Worth downloading to support the devs!
I really like the Bluetooth function which help to play with friends. Will be better if they add titles like cat & rat or develop at iOS app so that i can play with more friends
It is very similar like playing with three other players in real life. The alerts are great as it helps to give you guidance or hint.
Great app but with two issues: it is impossible to win with the 4 or 6 point minimum rule, and playing with a friend over Bluetooth doesn't work. I have played multiple games where I could have won three or four times and it's extremely frustrating. And why does the Bluetooth connection not work when I'm sitting right next to my friend?!
Great game, difficult to find the competition rules, slightly laggy with animation vut the play is fun and a great way to learn too.

best majong app I could find, really great game and the rule book is very well explained for beginners
This game is actually perfect. It's the only app that seems to support offline multiplayer with your IRL friends for you want to play but don't have a set of tiles available. The connectivity by Bluetooth, wifi, server all work flawlessly, I was actually impressed on how easy it was to set up! I recommend it to everyone, even for beginners, as it has some explanation of the rules and Latin numbers for the tiles!

It's very hard to win this game with complicated rules. I'll rate this apps 5 star if i can avail the pro version with standard and simple rules.

Try friends cup. Ridiculously op Ai makes winning impossible. Pls rename this app as "mahjong & impossible to win" uninstalled. Good thing didn't waste my $ on the paid version.
Amazing! An English Mahjong game that has nothing to do with tile stacking! The UX is a bit rough though.
I love this game. It's real mahjong without the struggle of memorizing a score card. However I've noticed that you can't meet "self draw" and "last tile" bonuses together. If you draw the last tile to win while the other 3 are revealed, it's only 1 point which is obnoxious and nonsensical.
