I have played this game for years on my old Nook. Bought the current Nook tablet and downloaded this game. The shuffle option doesn't work at all. When "shuffle tiles" is selected the whole board moves to the upper right corner and the tiles are gone and the game has to be restarted in order to play. Very disappointing as I looked forward to the daily game.
I have the Paid version! My Unique ID is blank. Shuffle: freezes up the game. Hint: does nothing at all. Play: let's me select a puzzle, but as soon as I hit the play button it goes back to the main menu. I have tried changing all the options, I have also tried playing on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 as well as my Google Pixel 3 and my Razer phone 2. All of my devices have the same issues. I sent a message in app, without getting a response. Very frustrated I can only play daily puzzle with limits!
It was a game first offered in the e-book nook independent app market. Very fun to play. Highly recommend.

It used to be one of my favorite games, but it is locked somehow. I purchased it years ago. Didn't play for a little bit and now I can only play once a day. They sent me a redemption code but that didn't fix the problem. Disappointing.
This game has turned into advertising junk. I was forced to play a stupid game I had absolutely no interest in to get game credits? Enough of this. I've had and played this for years, now with a new tablet I'm forced into this nonsense? I've loved Astraware Games for years, but no more. I am uninstalling. I'll look for another game.
I LOVE Astraware Mahjonng! I've been playing it since my Palm LifeDrive (mid '90's). My only complaint today is that I just got the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it won't play. The screen resolution is too high. :'( Please upgrade the game so I can play my favorite game. It's been a day and I'm already having withdrawal. Please? Update (01-31-15): I'll return the 5 star rating when you get around to updating this to work on the "insanely" high resolution of my Galaxy Note 4.
I only wish the daily games were more similar to how your daily games are set up in some of your other games such as the crossword or acrostic and not just designs with numbers on them that you pick from. I want specific puzzles for specific games that's for specific days that other players will also be playing too. Not a bunch of layouts to choose from and then how many times you can play the puzzle ... or however you have you have you have your daily games set up. Needs to be more simplified per day. This is of course just my opinion.

Freezes while playing and screen goes black. Am uninstalling. Wouldn't give it 1 star but this system will not allow to comment without a rating.
Now the ads take up the screen and it runs very slow. Its hard to click on tiles because the ads take up the screen. I'll not be recommending this game any more.

I love how it works. The other thing I love is that you can match it.
I enjoy the graphics, sound, and interface very much, and the customer service is excellent. I contacted them with an issue, and it was resolved within hours, despite there being several time zones between myself and the developers. Highly recommended.
I love this, but it wouldn't open so I uninstalled it. When I reinstalled it, I didn't get the full version I paid for AND I can't find a help option in the store! Someone please help.
I have tried several others, but this one is so much better. I can read the boards better and it zooms automatically to fit the screen. played the free version for a while now and I am ready to buy the whole unlocked package :)

Forced to pay $$ to unlock an already purchased product! I bought the deluxe version years ago. Loved it! After an app update on my Samsung Tab Pro 12.2, it started requiring tokens to play. Why?!? I bought the full version. Downloaded onto my Samsung galaxy Tab 7+ & same issues. Again, WHY?! I had purchased the full original deluxe version literally years (near a decade) ago. I want to play the game I bought. This is Super Shisty of Astraware systems. Very disappointing to delete game.
