of all the mahjong version this was my favorite. played on laptop all the time. glad i found for tablet but disappointed when app doesnt even open. if not going to update, remove from play store.
Will Not Open. Play this game on my iPad with great success. Paid for and installed on my Android LG F-Pad. Each time i try to open it i get an error message that it won't open.
Worked fine on my Hudl2 abd Toshiba Excite BUT will not work on Samsung Galaxy Tab A. it says 'stopped working'.

I have the paid version. I also have Mahjong Towers Eternity, loved it, unfortunately only for the computer and not compatible with the newer ones. Mahjong Towers is very similar, I LOVE IT. no problems on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet Pro 12" so far. Start working on the sequel please... Now months later, it completely stopped working. If you have a Samsung tablet... DO NOT BUY!
Bought this game about a year ago, loads of fun to play but on my new tablet it doesn't work anymore.
I absolutely loved this game, but for about 3 months I can't use it. It doesn't open on samsung tablets at the moment. I sent emails but I haven't had any replies. Big Fish are very willing on taking your money for a game, but when it comes to them solving your problems, they can't be bothered. Very dissapointed
Many times I've thought I was stuck with no move, but the hint button will show a move UNDERNEATH tiles along the sides that I couldn't even see!!! I much prefer the other Mahjong Artifacts by G5 that lights up the available to move tiles and keeps unplayable tiles darkened. I want a REFUND!!!
Please fix. Says it has stopped working. I will give 5 stars if you fix bought full version
Played Big Fish mahjong games on the PC waaay back in the day and loved them, but this game just doesn't quite have the same look/feel as those old "Towers" games, and the tiles, though the graphics are quite crisp, are a bit on the small side; so just 3 stars this time. If you make another mahjong game in the future, please try to be more true to the original Mahjong Towers premise, and make the tiles just a wee bit larger, too. Thanks for a good first try, though... looking forward to a new issue in the future!
please update to work with android 6.0 and above. Crashes before i can open it. Please help. Samsung Galaxy Tab S2
s app will not open on android. loved it on my iPad but cannot get it to open on my Samsung Tab S 2 or Tab S3
I thought by purchasing the full version there would be less bugs......games is addicting but frustrating because of the crashes during games.
Bought for Samsung Galaxy Tab running Android 5.1.1 and it doesn't open. Read reviews to find out it is a known issue that this does not work on newer Androids and makers are unresponsive. Really disappointed and can't get my money.
Best one yet! Only problem is when you get to the end you have to uninstall it n reinstall it to get new games. Other than that i love it its very addictive.
Im got a Tab A and it won't even let me start the game. It stops as soon as I try starting.
I love these types of games as I find them easy on the eyes and they are very good and I would recommend it to anyone bwho likes these games to get this game. I love it so much and have done for the last ten years. Can you please update this games as I paid for it and it does not work on my tablet.
No updates so it now won't work on newer android versions. Poor for a game that's paid for.

Total rip off! I paid for this game and it NEVER worked. Sent many requests for help with the issue and I NEVER once got a response. I want the game to work or I want my money back!! It has been months. This is the worst way to do business.
Not updated since 2012 and will not run on newer Android devices. Big Fish Games should either update this game, or remove it from the play store, or at least mention that it runs only on Android 4.x or older. Shame.

Paid for this game only to find out that it will NOT play on my Android tablet. What a big let down since I loved to play it on my old iPad.
After having the game for free, I did an upgrade on my Android Tablet and the game stopped working had I know this would have taken place I never would have done it. Purchased the game and it still did not work.
I have this game on my iPad Mini 2, I've been playing it for at least 5 years with no problems. Switched to a Samsung Tablet and was happy to find it on the store and bought it, only to find that it doesn't work at all, it didn't even open. It keeps saying "Stopped working" and that's it. Really a shame, and a total ripoff asking for money for something that doesn't work.
