Requirements:You must have an active internet banking account at Mahopac Bank. If you are not currently enrolled you can visit www.mahopacbank.com to complete the process.
To enroll in Mobile Banking log in to your internet banking account and click the Other Services tab. Click Mobile Banking and complete the enrollment process.
Security: Mahopac Bank Mobile Banking is an extension of your Internet Banking service. When you log in you will be presented with the same security questions, PassMark and phrase that you are accustomed to seeing when you log into your Internet Banking Account. The mobile app still uses the SSL encryption to keep your information as secure as Mahopac Bank Internet Banking account.

Was working fine for years until one day I couldn't transfer money from one account to another, called them about the issue and instead of helping me they told me to do my transfers online with my desktop computer. Really! This is a mobile app, if I'm out shopping and need to transfer funds, I obviously don't have my desktop with me. Horrible tech support!
It kept telling me that my login was invalid even after resetting the password and speaking to someone on the phone. Waste of my time especially when bills are due. Taking my $$ elsewhere.
The only problem I've seen is that the first time to try to open it, the app will error out. The second time it will work fine. This is a daily thing at least for me.
Works great. No complaints. I use it all the time.
Great App. Never had a problem !!!
The app keeps crashing on my phone. Half the time I can't do a mobile deposit. Most of the time I can't log on to it because some unknown error has occurred.
