Then the audio stopped working, as well as the popup with email. Now only vibration and notification work, even in testing. Have contacted for help twice over the last few months --no response. Very disappointing for an app I used to really love.
I'm using it to notify me when my garage door opens and closes - so if it opens when I'm away I'm alerted, or if it doesn't close as I drive away I won't get a message and will know to go back an check. Unfortunately I don't have control over the subject or content of the message sent by the garage door gateway. The messages are either "garage door just opened" or "garage door just closed" I need a way to require mail alert pro to have the specific phrase, not just any of the words. Adding each word doesn't work, if any of the words are in the subject it gives an alert. adding the phrase in quotes doesn't work the quotes are just treated as as a word.
Never lets me down (no FC, no missing any mail) once I dial the alert in right. Been using it for years. Interface can be a little confusing (where do I set my own vibration pattern again?) but the most important part of this app is invisible, and reliable.
Stock Note 4 w/ Sprint doesnt work. Everything works but doesnt alert you on sound, even the test feature doesnt work.
I finally get emails as they come in no searching or missing anything. I get to see it on screen immediately without opening any app also can respond from it as well. Think it is great looks goid too
Does what it says I do like the fact it check emails sooner not concerned with battery life
Lacks the ability to view and edit words that trigger the alert, so it gets pretty confusing when you want to add a trigger word/email to an existing alert profile. Apart from that, it works well!
paid for this but the sound does not even work on the alerts, which was the whole point. very disappointed.
This app lets you ignore your Email yet still get the ones you want.
Used to work great, sound notification quit working. emailed support on July 7th 2016. Still waiting for a response. Still Not working.. 1-29-17
Love the fact that it works and alerts me! Only hope for a button to open the alerted email into my stock email app on android.
Can't silence alarm. Alarm activates for no reason. Please fix this.
Does what it says. So 4 stars...interface is not very intuitive so I docked a star.
Does exactly what I want. Lots of help built into settings area. Very flexible.
Used to work well for Gmail, inconsistent results now. Can't trust it.
Cant get it to work im on hotmail and iv entered details needed but im still stuck :( help!
On Nexus 6 / 5.0.1 notification volume is extremely low, even though the volume is at maximum. This makes me not hear the notifications. Could you please look into this? Except that all is good...I will give more stars when this is fixed...
after an update the sound has stopped working.
No longer makes sounds or appears to be supported
Easy to configure, to customize, very handy! It is worth it!
I have it working with a personal pop3 account. Also need it to work with my company email which is Exchange/ActiveSync, is that possible? What would the settings be? Thanks
Exactly what I need!
Simple and efficient.
One of my best apps.
Doesn't work on S6
I am showing that this app is not licensed on tablet works well on phone
Shure I will give you 5 stars and buy you a coffee.! Don't waste your time or money folks.
I have an exchange rule send emergency emails to a gmail account. Then my mail alert let's me know when an email gets to that box. Based on the subject I can set different times and alert tones. Perfect application for anyone who needs to be alert on important email!!
Wow, an app that can do VERY BASIC regular expressions on From/To/Subject/CC but can't parse the message body. What use is this exactly? I'm going to return this, since it's an INCOMPLETE app. Write something that can parse the body content, or else it's nothing more than a glorified email client. The GUI is hideous and buggy. Another garbage app...makes me which I still had an iPhone.
