The essential app for the mail.co.uk service. Only dropped a star as the calendar facility is desktop only, not in the app. Those giving poor reviews saying network blocked are trying to sign up on mobile - just sign up on desktop.
Utterly appalling ! Had supposedly free email account. They decided randomly one day to lock me out and delete the account. Tried to log back in and get "email address does not exist" Try to register that address and get " that email already exists". Can't log in to it because they've locked it. No reason given. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP UNLESS YOU DONT MIND LOSING EVERY EMAIL YOU HAVE. Apparently I can pay to have my FREE email unlocked. Disgraceful. Now flagged this to the playstore.
Until 2 days ago, everything was fine. But the last two days I can't access my account via the app. I uninstalled and installed the app again but still I can't log in to my account.
App won't open on many occasions, have to uninstall and then install
Used for over a year but now getting slower by the day. Needs an update I expect but none available.

Restricted access to this app. You will not see your .mail account anywhere else.

Don't recommend this company..we've paid 10£ in the first year and after 1 year they closed our mail account without warning.. Stay away from them..bloody cowboys!!!

As of 21 July, the website is down. Just checked on 'is it down right now,' and they say the site is down for everyone. Can't contact anyone at mail.co.uk about this. No information about what's going on so I'm here to try to find out. Is the site, app and access to mail experiencing maintenance, an unforeseen issue or is it down permanently? I need to know as not having access to my mails, receiving or sending, will cause me to lose income. Ticked one star in the hopes this gets some attention from the developers.
Why still only 5000 downloads.
What a waste. Had to register with VPN in case of blocked network error on the website. A few month later I was notified about my account deactivation unless I will select free package. And yet, it's impossible to activate the free package because mail.co.uk website simply doesn't work. Even, if I'd choose paid package I'd be still unable to pay for it, because your service can't run a website to confirm a payment lol.
This app does not work on free version....I've set my account up, but won't accept my login details....you need to use the desktop version....please correct me if I'm wrong.
Intuitive and easy. Gmail take note. I signed up for the free service months ago. No ads yet and the service is rock solid and secure. Thanks.
Started off great then had a message saying accound would be disabled as I have not upgraded. I had already signed up for the free account. Then when trying to loging it kept saying my details were wrong, they were not! Even so I tried to do a reset password, but every time I tried to put an alternative email in or my phone number it just kept coming back saying I hadn't entered one!! So now I have important emails I need but no way to access them. There is no customers support at all.
