Until recently it has been working "ok". Nothing spectacular but no major problems. Now even after following all the basics on resolving issues, I was left with an app that could no longer OPEN EMAIL! Pretty basic stuff huh? After uninstalling and reinstalling things only got both better and worse. I am now able to open Mail2World account emails but I am unable to add my other emails back as choices. I keep a record of settings so I know they match up. 3 stars for PAST good service...
So far so good. Just installed app after creating a mars2mail account. Seems to send/receive ok. Allows custom folders. Would be nice to have custom colors for theme but that's not as important as functionality. Particularly like the customizable domain choice. Will try to update review after I've used it for awhile. Thanks
Doesn't work on Android 11. You get a bunch of intro screens then a static screen showing the email platforms you can supposedly access through the app. That's it, there's no way off that screen.
Can't receive and read my emails. Just stuck after updating my phone. Not working properly anymore
UPDATE: ALL my emails are being sent to people's junk/spam folders, EVEN MINE when I Bcc myself. This is not good🤬. They deleted my old info, tapped and saved my info via email recieved and it made no difference. Rating changed from 5 star to 1. Just wanted a basic app to send, recieved and make files for my email. Nothing else. Period. I've searched many, many, many, many,....diff apps none offered what I wanted. NO ADS!!! I love it, so far.
Update: My email issue is now resolved!!!! Happy customer. ------ Errors daily when trying to download my email via pop or imap for 14 days and counting. Premium features expire randomly and several weeks before your annual renewal date. Happens to my acct every year at renewal time.
Just downloaded the app. Logged in, new email address from mail2world, and directly app is logged out again. When an app starts like this, it is not worth a 2nd try. And not worth the 1 star you have to give. And please don't answer with s*** like "account specific". As said it is a new account and I could login fine online. Sorry I am not going to contact support for an app that from the first second doesn't work. Not worth my time and effort.
Been using this app for months now and love the crazy customizable options for email domains. Mͦaͦiͦlͦ2ͦMͦaͦrͦsͦ.cͦoͦmͦ iͦsͦ gͦrͦeͦaͦtͦ. It works well for my uses. The only thing I didn't like and why the 4 stars was that I couldn't add the email to some devices that required server info to set it up. Cͦuͦsͦtͦoͦmͦiͦzͦaͦbͦlͦeͦ theme colors would be another plus, but not a deal breaker. That it's a trouble free email app is the main thing. Thank you for that 🔆
The app works OK. Problem is now I can't access mail2world from a pc. I have an account obviously. But when I try to log in through the website it's says password or username wrong. This is rather annoying as if I lose phone or something I can't access emails. Please fix or tell me what to do
Email has been down for 2 days now globally. I have been a paying customer for over 10 years. This kind of disruption, without any kind of update or statement from your company regarding the issue or a timefame for repair is very unprofessional. I will be migrating to another platform. You have lost a long term customer and im sure many others will be doing the same, this is very bad service.
It is not responsive. FOR days. This is so frustrating. The lack of reliability is just inexcusable. Worst app, worst company. I wish I never set up an email with them. If you haven't, don't.
Can send emails but you won't recieve them. Customer service takes a week literally between messages and you will only get a robo email giving you common sense things to do and check like "make sure you don't have senders blocked, lol. Pointless web application and app.
Previously I can ADD new FOLDERS or DELETE FOLDERS or RENAME the existing folders but now I can only add. Why there is no delete or rename features in the new app. The OLD Mail2world is much better
Constantly unresponsive now it has completely crashed for over 24 hours. Worse performing app I have ever used.
Works pretty good. Tried to log in while in central America and it would not let me.
Highly unstable. The updates made the app worse. Keeps asking me to log in over and over.
Anytime I tried verifying my phone number it's keep telling me verification failed, why? I can't even create an account for myself...
It's currently not working and neither is the website. I can't redeem/read/load any emails
I can't upgrade my account, it not working. I can't even verify the new account with PC on less I do it with mobile phone

Been using this for over 20 years.now keeps crashing.very annoying!!!
Pls am having serious challenge concern my account since a week now.. I can't really login my account each time I try to log in . I we go for change of password hoping I forget password to new one And it's we tell me successful that I should login back To my surprise , I can gain my account back alive The response am seeing not happy about it. The response said: INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD .TRY AGAIN

I have 3 email addresses on mail2world and since yesterday none of them are working. I use mail2world since 2003 and I never had any problems with it until now. The app is not responding and I tried to uninstall and reinstall it and now for all my 3 emails it says that my username or password are incorrect. I've tried to reset one of them but even my security question answer it says invalid. I really need to use one of my email address. Not sure what to do.
