Review update - been using Mainline for a few years now and had one experience which I gave a negative review. After various orders nearly 2 years later I can say it was a one off as every other time has been a good experience including returning an item for an exchange which was extremely straight forward. Great clothes on offer and also some great discounts when items go on sale.
App as been brilliant before today, but at the minute I can't load up the menu the screen is blank, I've messaged them via twitter but no reply, I've uninstalled and re installed but still the same. Anyone had this problem.
App playn up all the time can't upload anything
The jeans ain't great, falling off the hips but they're my size. Don't expect a bow with the delivery, they're packed as tight as a small pillow (DHL). I haven't tried on the tops yet, I've spent about €500 so far with them, I want them to be good. I hope that they are. 👍
I'm in Ireland and Ordered from here Wednesday just to get them before Christmas as they said on the app. Got my order yesterday and was happy with everything. I was a bit skeptical ordering because I'd never gotten stuff from here before, and also seen a lot of negative reviews. But I like to see for myself, So I took the risk and everything was fine. Will order again
First purchase has left me let dowln. Had 48hr delivery option as item required for birthday party. Told item would arrive friday 4th but no show. Emailed today to say item was now in Northern Ireland. Phone Mainline to complain about dreadful servive and told i could have my postage back. What about having to pay last minute for another outfit. Not so much as a sniff at a discount voucher. Need to be careful of expectations.
Every time I open "my bag" everything I've put in it has been removed. Very frustrating. Please fix or let me know if I'm doing something wrong. Thank you!!!

The app wont lef me go to the checkout, every time I click it, it becomes stuck on a loading screen, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but the same problem occurs
Up there prices then pretend they have sale on 🤦
There is no fit finder option in the app so it's very hard to find perfect fit or size.
I get a lot of my clothes from here, the app is very easy to use and lots to choose from. Always delivered in good time!

Going downhill this boy's.. hopefully you'll pick up after this BS lockdown. Main sizes UK is Large and size 9 trainers 32-32 jeans. There's a massive tip for you. Order double in these sizes.. No ones a small or XXXL its like your flooding your app with junk and some stuff over priced as its 2018 -2019 fashion, stuff O.O.D.. im on it 20 secs tops where as before id spend a goid 30 mins on it.. The elite are crushing these small Buisness's and alot going into liquidation. Up the GAME GUYS! 🤑
