I find it massively annoying that the app clears the account transfer form when I have to switch over to another app to look up something, for instance, the payment due on a loan or how much was transferred last time from the phone browser logged into the bank website, which brings up another annoyance. It is also annoying that I cannot change the time length of the transaction history to show, which appears to only show the transactions since the last statement.

I never had an issue with this app, but recently it is taking forever to load and encountering a lot of errors. It's very frustrating. Also I wish that it showed the loans. I paid one off, but I couldn't see how much I owed on it before i paid it. I had to get onto the computer in order to see it.

This app is not user friendly. It randomly locks you out, removes passwords, bio metrics or changes log in information. Bill pay doesn't work on the app and its delayed on account info, you cannot deposit checks.

My online login information should be sufficient to use your app. I should not have to give your app my phone number, nor allow it to make, manage, or receive calls on my phone to use it.

the new mobile deposit tool is hot garbage. it auto snaps thr photo, but the photo is NEVER in focus!! now i have a check that is mobile deposit only, that cant deposit because this new "powered by mitek" tool is trash!!

amazing, humble lune of credit I have accrude. Small steps. happy I made the change years ago. Started small with just 25. 00 in a Credit Union savings. Start now, you will be glad you did.

This app is great. Manage my money from home, including depositing checks!

Update: I upgraded to a device that has Android 8.0. So it works again. Still disappointed in the way the company rolled out the update. They need to notify folks that older Android versions will be incompatible as of a certain date. Old review: Waited a year for an upgrade and was able to use it once or twice before receiving an error message that I wasn't connected to the internet. Nope. They made the update incompatible to my device. I found out by calling my credit union twice and them opening a ticket. Unacceptable customer service experience all the way around.

Its just the most OKAY app ever. Its not bad but it is not as helpful as most banking apps are. It is only really good for checking balances and transferring money between your own accounts. Check deposits would be wildly helpful within the app as atms are inconvientiently located.

Main acct is savings. Paid several fees because of this YET I can only view checking account on app.

I receive an error when trying to deposit a check through the app. Please fix and I will change my rating. Update 11/20/17 still receive error - Attempt to invoke virtual method 'int java.lang.String.length()' on a null object reference - I have tried on 3 different android devices.

Yes. The app is useful for basic banking needs. But, as some of the reviewers have already indicated, there are issues with the camera. I share with another reviewer that the app throws an "error configuring camera" dialog. I contacted MCU to no avail whatsoever. I explained that this error has occurred in two different phone brands with two different versions of Android. Their answer? "No one else has complained about this issue..." So much for tech support.....

This is a great app. I can deposit with a picture of my check. Transfer funds and pay bills. I do all this from Florida and keep my account in Kansas

I hope you change it where we can see pending deposits. Most banks do that. Then it would be 5 stars

I don't have bill pay options! If it was available for my Samsung Galaxy I'd give it a 5 star.

Just wanted something to easily pay my car loan. Will not work. Do not recommend.

The app always claims I have switched my money from savings to checking more than the allotted 6 times when I haven't even once in that month. Bs..it's made life so inconvenient..

Convenient app. Thanks! Mobile check deposit is a useful feature. My Sprint GS5 does not appear to focus well on the back of checks. The FAQ says to tap the screen but that does not appear to work on my device.

Seems to work well, but where can I find the option to deposit my checks via a photo? Also the transfer between funds seems to lock up the app.

So happy to see there is an app for my bank since it was aweful accessing the website on my phone. The UI is a bit bland. I'd like to see a mobile deposit feature like USAA has.
