Maintenance Activity Tracker

Spectacular! I especially like the ability to put in dates previously performed and it will tell you how long between each one and what the average is. I have been needing to work out the average time between a recurring purchase and I was expecting to have to do something on a spreadsheet with date calculation and I was NOT looking forward to it! I love that you can add these dates quickly one after another. (I humbly request the ability to select multiple dates at once) Thank you developer!!

Love it! Only wish it had the ability to "pause for X" days! For instance, there are several tasks that I "perform" in the summer every 30 days but stop for the winter. I wish I could simply pause specific activities for a variable amount of time, so that I don't have to scroll through the irrelevant "due" things off season :) I don't want to mark these either because the record of actually performing some of these activities is invaluable!

I searched around for a while to find a home maintenance app to keep up with periodic upkeep. This app is by far better than any other, however I wish that you could set a delay or pause on seasonal task. For example fertilizing the yard doesn't need to be done in the winter, but says overdue for the few months I don't need to do it. I saw another review mentioned this as well. 5 stars if this is an option! Nice job on the app overall.

I looked all over for a simple maintenance reminder app for boats. Choices are either horrible or designed for extensive fleet maintenance. With a little more customization, this one could appeal to a big segment - the concept is pretty close for critical systems that need frequent routine inspection. Using it more and more. Report capability would help.

This looks to be a VERY promising app. This is an early review, but I have been finding that there's A WHOLE LOT of things I didn't even know needed to be maintained with a house (like a water heater 😱) and/or get forgetten about. I really like your presets and, to me, were equally as imporatant as reminders. i am using the free version to trial for now, but if it works out I can definitely see myself upgrading! imo... rather pay than see ads anyday!

I was looking for an app to remind me of my monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual maintenance items. This app only allows you to to set reminders in days. Seems like a pretty big miss. I do understand the app. But 365 days doesn't equal an exact year. 365 1/4 does. That's why we have a leap year. And there aren't 30 days in every month. So if I want my maintenance reminder done on the first of every month, that won't happen since setting it in days is the only option. And it will get further away from the first as time goes on. If it included an every X months and every X year(s) option, then I would be able to attempt to use this app again.

Just download, very simple and easy to use. Added my past maintenance dates I had on paper so they could be continued in the app. It would be nice to have a place for notes when maintenance is performed to quality any anomalies, or note new equipment. I am using for household appliances and residential home building systems (a/c, water heater, etc. ). Thanks.

This is the only app i could find that lets you set reminders based on an elapsed time rather than a fixed date. it's perfect for remembering all the thousands of little things that need doing regularly but don't have deadlines. I have been using it for several months now and have built up an invaluably data base of everything I need to do to maintain order in my life - e.g cleaning fridge every 8 days, changing waterfilters every 6 months, watering the herbs every 2 days ... the list goes on

Need to eliminate inactive feature. Just because I dismiss daily reminders for a week doesn't mean it doesn't need to be done. AC filters just got changed 3 months late because I was out of town when the notification originally came through. Should constantly provide daily reminders until dismissed regardless of how many times snoozed. Other than that great app

I've been using the app for about 2 months and paid for the PRO version. I miss the option to set default tab - sorting "by name" is the least useful one and I've had to switch to "due" always. One notification for all "tasks" once a day is also a drawback because if I swipe out the notification, there is no other indiciator there are due tasks for today. Since there is also no widget, I have to open the app and check manually. Recently, I've found an open source alternative with widget, notifications and sychnonization to google tasks, so I'm leaving this app. Last but not least, the development here seems to be ceased - last update is May 2018.

This is going to be great! I want to know when was the last time i did that task. With this app, I'll have a history and i can see how often I'm doing the task. If something isn't being maintained properly, i can adjust the frequency. Or if it's reminding me too often, i can scale it back. Nice work!

Notifications are weak or absent. It is easy to build and use, but if you even get a notification of a due date, it goes away too easily. It would help to notify me every day once the reminder hits.

Great app. Easy to use. It has a great list of suggested reminders you can scroll through and say 'Oh yeah, I should add that one!' Love how it syncs across my devices. Thanks for all your work on this app!

Excellent app, just what I was looking for. Able to set maintenance reminders in various categories like auto, boat, home, etc as well as create my own categories & view the history of each item.

Would be 5 but needs to have a check box for cancelling each completed reoccurring event wherein this app will then focus on the next upcoming due date in it's cycle. Which, to me, was the sole reason for having this app! As it stands you have to change the next due date manually, even though you've already set that individual event for a 2 week cycle. i bought the premium but will be requesting a refund and installing since this issue it's a deal breaker for me.

Straightforward, works as advertised. Would be great if it had a dark theme and a bulk edit option. Would also like to be able to share task list or segments with house mates.

The free version works great except for the limit of ten items, I tried to upgrade to pro version, but it wasn't at the Google play store and I won't give them my password.

Peace of mind at your finger tip. Simply used the suggestions and setup all reminders that applies to me, and boom. Freedom to relax and not to try to remember all these to-do's. App is easy to use, clean and simple. Keep it up guys

Haven't used the app a ton so this is more of a preliminary review. But the app does seem to do what it says it'll do. It gives you reminders of tasks you need to do for home maintenance. You can create your own reminders etc. So, so far happy with it

This is a very nice app compared to others I have previously downloaded. Just a little bit impressive if you could consider another filtering option per category. Then I think I am gonna wanna go pro. kudos!

Hi team, Would it be possible to add a group feature? For example I can have different shared categories and share them to the relevant people who also have the app? I will happily buy the paid version ten times over if I could do this. That way I can set up to do tasks for others around be it chores for the kids or the Gardner. I would also like the ability to set once off tasks but see the date when they were performed.(not sure if I'm missing this somewhere though) Great app👍 Thanks

I'm busy and don't have a great memory. This app is simple and works great to help me stay on top of maintenance on my house, vehicles, and other recurring tasks.

Very basic. Needs improved graphics and clear guidelines about how often something needs done. Think new, clueless homeowner or angle mom learning to maintain her house herself... with a toddler or preschooler! Lol

Fantastic. Tasks are interval based rather then date based. Works perfectly for me, exactly what I needed.
