UI and purchasing process is smooth but the log in system need serious rethinking and provement. Log in through FB - barred, then I log in by email, after reseting password - telling u membership "expried" without instruction how to renew. Trying different ways but just cannot freaking log in. Please help review your translation and function of login progress. Thank you.

This app is useless. If you want to watch a specific movie and even pay for tickets with the app, you click the "show time" button, but it keeps redirecting to the cinema places list in a loop! Oh and also, absolutely not foreigner friendly, because all notifications about promotions (I guess) are in Thai.

Possibly the single worst app I have ever used. Booked online and while there was no problem in taking payment, absolutely no confirmation I had booked was present on the app. I also wasn't sent an email. Cue arguing at the kiosk and having to show proof I paid already. Go to SF instead.

Just check all the one star reviews going back months. Its clear this app is not fit for purpose and the designers have no wish to make improvements or more likely are incapable of making improvements. I would suggest they scrap the app and start again from scratch with a set of professional app designers. I wont hold my breath.

Why I need to sign in everytime after update this application? Forgot password function is not properly work. Also my tickets did not show and not keep buying record. Please concern more about user experience. SF cinema application is a good example. Hope to see the improvement.

Not workable app. Full of bugs. Examples: - Always closed itself as soon as I want to go inside to see details of a cerrtain ovie in order to book - Current day's schedules are not displayed even they still have more showtimes on the current day.

Advertise M Pass on the app everywhere but have no support for it on the app. No ways to purchase tickets for M Pass members. Also, no way to link M Gen & M Pass membership. M Pass is customers committing to pay Major in advance. So M Pass member should be able buy ticket easier from app rather than having to theater early just to pick up the ticket. It makes customers life harder than before. Especially, when you've been buying ticket on app for years and you want customers t go back to old way

As a foreigner, I can't use the app because it requests a Thai local number... I want to buy in advance tickets for Star Wars because I'm going to be there, and I simply can't. I should confirm using only my email or at least accept foreign numbers.

yeah the android version keeps crashing and I can't book a ticket. It just keeps downloading so I have to use iOS version instead. I really need you to read the comments and fix it asap

"Incorrect Username and Password" ?? even if I did have already done the registration?? What is wrong with this application? Many times I reset the password but it still does not work at all. FIX IT !!!

The worst app. แอพโคตรห่วย Forgot password function did not work at all. Sign in with Facebook also didn't work. You also can't change password from website either. Totally garbage UI ecosystem.

Seriously, it's the worst app that annoy us every time we try to use it, and the whole digital experience as First Class member (which is worse than lower level members?!?). Wrong cinemas, annoying auto-play-trailer. Feels like being developed by, sorry, idiots, and approved by worse idiots who NEVER actually used it. Stop using free movie tickets, try use the app, and you'd know why people are pissed and why your cinema staffs are bored with being the one receiving hot complaints.

BAD BUG! Not interface well with DTAC! Promo code was not going through but already deactivated/marked as used, cannot be really actually used anymore The staff just say sorry, this is known issue, and we cannot anything, pls use other promo Need to do better, not impressed...

What a terrible app! My card was charged but no ticket was sent. And the selected seat was still available for purchase. Have you ever actually tested the app before launching?

update to a new app and i got charge 20B additionally for buying tickets via the new app while the old app there was no additional 20B fee for buying via app. Bring me back the old app. Whats the point of buying through ap when you chage additional 20B for buying the tickets. for the record my bank is Krungsri not international.

You need to keep everything simple and fast. Also your website is full of unnecessary stuff like adverts. Are you in advertising business, or in movie business?

Privacy violation app by sending annoying notification ad. , don't have settings to turn it off. So I design to remove this bad app. Fix it should turn to 5 stars app.

Missing the previous account data after updated to version 6, app is very very slow and can not pay by samsung pay.

Something wrong with this app. Everytime I open this app, it will request for an app update (though there's no new version available for an update).

The app is broken as ever. Never able to book a ticket in one try, it always 'Something went wrong, please try again later'.

App is so slow. Not user friendly. Keeps on crashing. You might want to try the SF Cinema App and learn from them.
