I've been using this app since February 2016 and finally had enough to get an amazon gift card. Never received gift card, kept checking email and amazon gc balance (same email associated). After 11 months of using app to get that reward, very disappointed Update two months of waiting and still no gift card.

I have been using for a long time. And when I collected 5000 points to withdraw $5 in my paypal. It is more than a week and i didn't get my reward yet. I tried so that if I will get $5 then may be it is right but it doesn't. So dont be fool and donot waste your time on this. I will remove my comments if I will get my reward. I sent mail but didn't got any reply

I took out a ten dollar PayPal gift and the first time it worked, the second time it didn't. This is a designed and easy use app, but If you use the contact in the settings tab nobody will ever answer.

You have a solid business model and one of the things that separates you from the competition is that little 20 point incentive that comes from every daily check in. Many GPT apps do not have these incentives. However, the way to guarantee a successful and long lasting business is not by scamming users into using your service only once or twice and then never rewarding them. Have you read your reviews lately? How about your emails? I certainly sent you one on March 28 explaining that the 5000 point, $5 reward that I requested and that you mentioned would arrive within 24-48 hours was overdue by 3 days. It is now Monday, April 3 and the reward is still "processing." By what I understand, based on the comments some users have been waiting for months, and one even mentioned waiting for a year. I decided to test the honesty of your app by cashing out the $5 incentive before doing anything else. You do not answer emails, you appear oblivious to user comments, you do not even adress the issue in your FAQ, and like many of your users I will now take my leave. I would have rated you 0 stars if it were allowed. Do not allow better, more honest services to steal away all your customers. Cheers.

I spent a lot of time on this app downloading apps and collecting coins and when I was finally able to withdraw 5 USD for PayPal , I ordered it and it's been a week already and I haven't got my reward.I mailed them about this issue and they haven't even responded to it.Dont download this app at all.

I downloaded the app and Start using it more than a month, i bearly reached 5$ after a month, and when i wanted to redeem it, nothing happend since a week, i sent a messag even no responce... big question mark

i thought you are a liar, because i've tried to redeem his card five dolars in 2 days from march 30 2017 until now has not been sent. I also have complained they do not respond via email.

TOTAL SCAM GUYS Let me explain how. 1: You perform tasks, they earn, not you guys. Silly you. 2: You are a medium for them to make money. Just imagine why can't he watch videos who made the app, but why you to earn points? Just coz one person watching sponsored ad video will not give him much revenue. So he got this app done or developed, whatever. And made global so that you can make his work easy. Haha, I pity you all my friends who spend time in these apps. Try for yourself and see the truth. I wonder why these people have to scam the public. Man up do the things right way.

I redeemed 5$ PayPal cash and then after 11 days, the cash is still not in my PayPal account. This is a scam.

The app does not payout. I've requested the payout last november 2016 but until now it was not processes. Tried to contact customer service so many times but there was no response. Also, they don't even reply to people who gave a bad review/feedback.

I use to enjoy this app. But recently I've tried to reach out to support about an issue with a reward I've requested to redeem but after 4 emails I still have not had this issue resolved. This has been ongoing since last year

Didn't get my $20 gift card even after 15 days and emailed to the customer service. There was no response from them. Just waste of time. Scamming people

It took me like a year to get 7500 points and when I go to cash in, nothing. There support won't respond and they don't actually pay.
