How Makwa works:
Step 1: Download the app and create a Makwa account. Add your email address in your profile, save your address & select your special preferences. Schedule your first pickup at your desired date and time.
Step 2: Your Makwa agent will arrive with your personalized bags to collect your clothes – feel free to inquire about anything related to the service
Step 3: Your clothes arrive in our facility for inspection and processing then they are sent to our partner vendors for cleaning. We partner with the best commercial and private cleaners in New Cairo and they go through a rigorous selection process before they are allowed to handle your clothes. Our cleaning partners have decades of experience running their private laundromats and working for top hotels.
Step 4: Your clothes are returned clean and fresh at the scheduled delivery date. Stay on the lookout for our special packaging which will surely impress you.

The one who starts the app or set the rules are not smart at all, I bet he was in elsegel elmadani before, it started when I had an inquiry and sent their Facebook messenger but they were rude enough to tell if I want to message them I need to do it over the makwa app, not the Facebook messenger, so I went to the app to see the messaging sector to find that I have to use an app called the intercom and I have to install it to message them, they made an agreement with the app intercom to force people to use it and no problem give people hard time because of it, such a rude & greed way they treat people with. Don't use the makwa app!! greed rude people!
When i started using this application everything was perfect but now i am disappointed because last order was a disaster in the preferences I made choice for the shirts to be folded and i recieved a shirt which is not folded and The new thing i cannot find the customer support to help me for my complain and the bags are very small cannot take a big order and the option to choose a vendor is a big mistake the vendor putted our cleab ironed clothes in a very dirty bag which is not accepted at all
No other dry cleaning service can compete. you send the location, they pick up, very decent, employees are polite and well manner. 3 dustbags are handed to collect the laundry in and all articles of clothing are separately packaged. very professional, A class quality.
They delivered the items the first time and they were heavily wrinkled. I sent it back and they send they'll bring it end of day and they didn't. The next day they delivered it just as wrinkled

best laundry service in Cairo
My 1st order was very successful and everything was perfect, my 2nd order was a disaster in terms of timing, i requested a clean and iron order and they cam to pick my stuff on time and i was supposed to receive them back the second day, they kept sending messages postponing the order delivery time with no luck to contact anyone or even receiving my order. Worst customer service i ever seen.
