Post updating the app my last 3 instalment amount is showing zero, I don't know what's happening, please check the application bug and resolve the issue, being a great jewellery shop you should not release the upgrade before testing.
Worst app...till yesterday my all paid insatllents were reflecting ...and when I updated this app my 2nd month installment showing zero...if jweller company like malabar is doing this thing means how we can trust...pls stop this and correct changes in your app Don't want to give one star also
Actually I don't like to give one star as per service you are very good but the app is not at par..... I am trying from last one month to register in to the app but not able to login from my Oman number which is registered at your shop , it is continuously showing as invalid number ... Please suggest how to get registered .
Really a worst experience. In the app its was showing for the for update the app option compulsory, if I click update , it's not updating. I have to pay my monthly payment scheme and I'm unable to do it. Finally I uninstalled it .but now trying for installing but it's working since last 4 days. Seriously app is not installed till now π
Useless application. Online Payment option isn't working for the last 4 months and still it's not fixed.
There is no proper response on the app. Provided all the details asked on the app still not able to register my scheam. Tried multiple times and went to the store as well and did not get any help over there as well.had a very very bad experience using the application. The website payment was so easy. Please stop this app payment and get back on website payment. It's a huge inconvenience to go to store for every month to pay.
WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! The money we pay is not updated properly in the account. My previous 2 month's amount has not yet been updated. NOT AT ALL TRUSTWORTHY !!... And when I enquired about it... They are saying it's server error. if it's like 1 or 2 days we can un&rstand... It's taking MONTHS to update the payment history. How could I trust these kinda app and invest my money..?? Customer should bear the consequences. ! Very much disappointed ! WHAT IF THEY SAY THEY DIDNT GET THE MONEY ??
Unable to Login in the app. When tried "Having issue with login" option, it says no account found. Whereas the same credentials are valid on website but the scheme payment option has been revoked from there. Now we can neither make scheme payments through the app nor website. Have been trying to make payment since days. Pathetic customer service. Similar reviews by other users prove that this issue has been ongoing for a while now and still no resolution has been done.
Every time we open the app,it ask us to update without any other option,but the updating is very very slow and we finding it difficult to pay the monthly chit amount. I ask the management to rectify.
One of the best and Trust worthy Brand! Recently I had been to sell some gold, due to some personal emergency at dickenson road branch. Not sure on online shopping, as I haven't done yet! physical store it's great experience from many years! They were so transparent! Right from weighing and burning the product everything they do it in front of us and on request. The money was transferred in a day! Kudos!Love them! Need less to say, quality and design is also great! VA a bit be worked on. Lol π
App is poorly designed and takes forever to load any screen. Surprise to see after so many comments there is no response from the team and no upgrade is happening. Please work on your app and do proper testing before going public next time. Reply : If you can open your app then all the tabs takes lot of time to reload. Even your representative was not able to open it from their phone. Minimum threshold should be tested before deployment. Payment done for scheme takes 6 days to reflect in account
App took almost 5 minutes to load & Unable to sign up at all. It keeps loading after entering all the details. Worest customer experience.
Installed the app to make scheme payment. Unable to login with my email & password. The same account works on web portal. They removed payment link on web portal and asked to install this app. Totally useless app. Very bad experience. Now we are forced to visit the store to make payment. This is huge inconvenience. If you dont know how to make apps dont release one.
It's showing sorry unexpected error everytime. How do you expect me to make my payment. Amount I pay is not getting updated properly.
While trying to make the payment it shows some error.. but if you try 3-4 times it will enable make the payment!! Very strange behaviour!! Also, Tried to subscribe to a New scheme..but it doesnt work!!!
They dont have option to pay through webiste.We need to keep this app always and when needed and opened the app they ask for update.moreover its confusing inside the app.not user-friendly.
New updates are excellent, resolved old issues and make more simple and secured way.
I'm facing the same issue as most of ur customer are the app doesn't allow me to make payment of the scheme I have. I sent emails to the CC ID got a reply to visit the store, did that and the issue can't be resolved A very bad experience on this
Every time it asks for update,, but not getting updated when click, it starts rounding up......,what to do
Not letting me login. It says invalid username and password. I just downloaded this app as the portal says no more payments could be done forth. Instaed use the app. So now it's neither. Developers kindly fix asap! God knows what's in store for us after login is fixed.

Not able login in app.in web it is working fine with same credentials . Unable to pay scheme amount through browser.
The worst experience with the app. While paying in web portal they forced to install the app. But, in login page of app it was showing invalid login or password. It works in web portal. The worst app. Please tell your developers to make the bugs clear and give them proper salaries.

Bad apps. Not able to purchase gold for the last 3 days. Now experiencing total peculiar problem. Asking for update. But not able to do so.
The brand and designs are really good but when it comes to this app it's really the worst. Hangs everytime and I'm unable to login despite multiple attempts. Kindly work on your app.
Disappointing, not able to login... When so many people are complaining about the login issue with the app, surprising that nothing is done to rectify the grievance. People are expecting better service from brands like Malabar Gold and Diamonds.
The payment for the scheme doesn't work at all. The app hangs during that point of time.

One of the worst app I have ever used. It was just loading loading everytime when I used to pay the money. There is no autodebit and no even the website. And there is only app and it was also not working properly. I used to face the same problem everytime and it works rarely and it was based on my luck. It was not the network issue but it was application problem. The store was good but the app was not good.
