Malak Al Tawouk ®

Cannot sign up. No code is sent to the designated phone number, therefore the app is useless. However if it was working, its functionality is easy but the interface is very sloppy and needs updating. It's a shame, Malak Al Tawouk is losing customers because the developers are not fixing simple bugs.

It was always interesting to discover new items on your menu and taste your delicious, crispy and well fried french fries. However and for the second consecutive time at 2 different branches (Chtura and City Center), the fries taste was unpleasant and the portion is too little. The fries are not close to being crispy and most of them were cold. Malak Al tawouk always pleased me with the fries offered but not anymore.

Creating an account on the app just doesn't work. it always asks for a verification by email buy they never send you the email. Not only that, but if you try to create an account again, you can't because the phone number would already be registered. Forget about this app and just use Zomato. That's what I did...

Can't order without adding address, error while adding address, what's the point advertising for a useless app and wasting our time . Please make sure your app works properly and delivers it's intended function. I'am a loyal malak l tawouk costumer i hate seeing its reputation going bad because of an app.

*registration via email does not work it always gives an error (user /pass missmatch or account not created yet) * A show password option would be more helpful * Action buttons can be better placed , maybe floating buttons or screen could resize upon opening keyboard * could not find any gps option while adding the address * choosing city opens a very limited list of city names . Hello, Malak tawouk service is great (food), this app can be ehnaced further. One suggestion is, when someone adds items to cart, save these items in a way that the user can still access them later on even though the app gets killed (save locally) until the user confirms his order.

The app was working fine until recently it stopped working. It just closes right after you try to launch it. Tried everything even uninstall and reinstall, it just won't launch!!!!

I like the app however they should work on improving the credit card since I alwaya press save info and it makes me right them all over again. Comparing to ordering by call or by app I would definitely order by phone since message is better transmitted. Good job but they still need to improve the app and the customer follow up on each order.

Worst experience,waste of time , lot of bugs. I love malak al tawouk ,Today i ordered twice for lunch and dinner, and in each time i tried to use the app but 🖓. I can't always call 1592 because sometimes i have to order during a meeting. I was waiting for that app but disappointed. I will order from other restaurants with better apps till the next update.

A delivery app in a smartphone is supposed to facilitate the delivery process by accessing the phone location and using GPS instead of the usual teni mafra2 3achmel ba3d dekenet Samir... It doesn't use location, you have to enter the address manually, and even if you did you're limited to choose locations from an incomplete drop-down list of cities that doesn't even include mansourieh or daychounieh or monteverde... It's just stupid. Please use pro designers not amateurs.

app stopped working uninstalled and installed.and keeps crashing on startup..its been more than 5 days and no fix. Not working anymore...too bad it was very good app

Worst online food ordering application! Ordered and received a confirmation email after one and a half hour and at least 6 calls to the call center, answering that they didn't receive that order finally wen received it. Last time and uninstalling the application and they would better remove it from app and play store!

its a very good app .but i think they should add points for every time we order and get a discount or something because ordering with a phone is faster than ordering online

Facebook login does not work. Normal registration does not send you a verification link. Basically you can't sign in and place any orders.

It's a good app just add the normal mayo to the (box and dip) menu and i would like to keep track of time so don't remove the order till it's delivered

Well 5 stars for the app. 0 for the prices. They're like keep on adding the price that each thing costs more than the double that it was.

Because i think in a digital way, so i like the idea of ordering through this app, and the resultis great and i receive the order on time and acurate in delivery or take away

My phone is new and has very good specifications, I tried to order many times without any hope, the App stopped every time during the process.

When u select the option ask for change, this doesn't appear on the receipt so the delivery guy doesn't know that we need change.

App not working and always miss item from ofer and had to wait more than 30 minnto re get them.

Delicious food , I used to order using the app , i don't know why it stopped yesterday( 2 feb 2022 ) ,hope that it works again thank you.

Worse customer support ever!, I got the wrong order and they ignored my requests after contacting the customer service several times!

There is a sign in problem after creating the new account. It does not sign in

im ordering to my home and im having a order confirmation that I ordered to my home then I receive the order to my work this always happens through the app only fix this!!

There isn't any option to change the beef burger into Chicken. For example, if I wanted Burger Extra Kbir, but with chicken instead of beef, there is no option to do it. Am I doing something wrong here?

It's more than 1 month i say to customer service that i can't pay online, and till the problem didn't fix
