Bad experience managing my subscription. I wanted to stop future auto-renewal, and tried to do it via the Google play store (this had also added to a kind of weird process going this route to stop the auto renewal), but I could not see "MalaysianCupid" as stated in my subscription list. I contacted MalaysianCupid, and was asked to do the above step again. Very disappointed. Will have to cancel my bank card number, so that MalaysianCupid will not be able to deduct the next subscription fee.
So expensive to upgrade. The group you should give free at least once or twice for free message to member. So bad experience. Please think about it. No star or one star for you
I registered and subscribed through PayPal, money was deducted and after 2hours I trying to login but was faced with a payment verification which I have submitted all the details documents needed. Malaysian Cupid said the will contact me in 48hours and this is almost 70+hours, no email, no refund, no atleast letting me know about the verification. So bad
A basic message service should be available to even a standard account. Not to mention it keeps showing members that were last online few months ago.

Worst app. You cannot delete your account when you want to. It let's you msg only if you are premium member.
It's a con app. Paid for gold subscription but no update. Please don't download. They are here to just cheat you

Worst ever apps. Useless apps. U can't even message or received a message without subscription. What is the point if you can't communicate if both person likes & matches? The worst & stupidest apps ever.
