It's good for finding stores, but doesn't list restrooms for some reason. Also constantly prompts to open links with this app, which doesn't make sense, and for some reason (despite selecting 'Open with Chrome - Always') never remembers my selection. I tried to find a way to disable it in settings, but apparently that didn't work. Uninstalling until next time I need the store listing, I guess.

Crashes when I try to do pretty much anything with the app. The map is also terrible and jumps itself around when trying to pan/zoom. You're better off walking over to one of the directory kiosks all over the place.

Does not open. Like other users have already stated, it's stuck on the downloading screen with not indication of what its downloading, how large the download is, and the estimated time to complete it. A huge disappointment. I can't believe this latest update made it past QA testing.

As a local, this is a great app to use when you visit the mall. Good to see where stores are, what's closed since last time, and what places are new. Also great for navigating between specific stores, can't tell you how many times I've started walking the wrong way and ended up circling around the entire mall lmao.

Update: even after the latest update it still will not open! App won't load on my android phone, tried to log in from an iPhone, the app loaded, but then won't let me sign in. I tried to do a reset password and the email never came.

Stupid! Installed it and as soon as I open the map, the app closes. No point to this app. Save yourself the time installing it and just bang your head against the wall. Same amount of pain with half the frustration.

Buggy, non-functional. Can't search for anything by name, (try locating a bathroom on the map). If you try and route from where you are to a destination (i. e. store), it locks up. Virtually worthless.

Trying to use the map is horrible it jumps around without even touching it. No prices for attractions. Not even all attractions are listed compared to the directory in the mall.

Same experience as below. Scrolling through the directory always crashes the app. It shouldn't be that hard to code this. Have seen many stabler apps for other malls.

The interactive directory kiosks around the mall are much easier to use than the app. I recommend you use those instead if you're looking for a store or restrooms.

This app is garbage. The map feature is junk. App couldn't even find a bathroom. Google maps actually worked better inside the mall.

Birthday functionality is terrible. The email confirmation does not work. Does not sync between rewards process and moa app. Looks quick and cheaply made

Connected to MOA WiFi and had Bluetooth on like it requested, but it still kept telling me I didn't. Also, checks for root, why? Easily bypassed.

We come up once a year in November to do some Christmas shopping and get the free rewards. We earned Nickelodeon tickets but the app keeps force closing! So frustrating!

I keep trying to open the app (been 2 days now) and it never opens. The MOA star just keeps going in a loop. Very frustrating when I need to upload my receipts 🙄

I tried looking at the directory for an upcoming trip and it completely freezes up and locks my phone entirely. It's a nightmare trying to use

Map is not very functional or user friendly. I have tried uploading my receipts multiple times and my receipts will not load to the app and I cannot claim my rewards. Very frustrating.

Crashes, in-mall navigation doesn't work, poor search function, user interface looks like something a junior computer science student would do, VERY PRIVACY INVASIVE REQUIREMENT TO SIGN ON MOA WIFI! I hope nobody got paid for this miserable cruft.

Major usability issues leave this app basically non usable. I'll just look at the map once I get to the mall.

App freezes up every time I try to open camera to take pics of my receipts for rewards! NOT IMPRESSED! Would give a zero rating if I could!

Interfaces are clunky and app has features that aren't working properly including the navigation.

It won't let me use any type of navigation with this app. Don't download it. Just use the map kiosks in the mall.
